Like many others, my current UPS tracking page shows that delivery is scheduled by 10:30am tomorrow morning. But I had read on another thread that someone chatted with a UPS rep and said that all iPhones are being delivered by end of day no matter what the tracking page says. When I read that, I initiated a chat of my own and the UPS agent I spoke with basically said the same thing...that I'd receive the package by end of day and not by 10:30am as I saw on their site. Well I just received the following email from a UPS operations manager saying the following!
Hopefully this new information is correct and I'll be receiving the phone by 10:30 tomorrow morning!
Good Afternoon ***MY NAME***, I had the opportunity to review the conversation that you had with one of our chat representatives and I understand the concern you have about getting your phone as promised, basically our agent gave you a wrong information by stating that your phone will be delivered by the end of the business day, I wanted to clarify that your phone has a committed time for 10:30 am tomorrow 09/21/12.
I am sorry that I am writing to your personal email, but I dont have a direct phone number where I can reach you at. I will keep tracking your package in order to see if it gets delivered correctly, please dont hesitate to contact me if you think is necessary. My direct phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx.
