It's sad that people are so involved with the TIME OF DAY that they'll get their phone... but this is why people make fun of iphone users.

I actually do need to know because I work a full-time job and I am working from home in the morning. I am counting that the time is accurate otherwise I may not receive my phone.

I was thrilled to see that my status has FINALLY updated to this as well. Before 10:30am would be super sweet. For every other phone I've ordered, it's always said "before 5pm" and I've gotten them ~2pm. Anytime tomorrow is fine, but before 10:30 would be a nice bonus.

You make no sense. Having a window for delivery helps a TON of people. In fact, just about EVERYTHING in our lives is based on times. Why would this ba any different? Not everyone can sit home from 8-5 waiting on a ups driver.

I've been using a flip phone, Motorola Razr. This has been the most depressing week of my life. I hate the stupid thing!

I guess delivery windows don't matter when you spend your entire day at home playing video games in your parent's basement.

That's strange. When the order goes IN to processing is when you should be able to make changes, including cancellation.
