UPS Tracking Numbers Start Trickling Out to Apple Watch Customers

I'm really looking forward to this launch just so we can start to read actual Mac rumors again... iPhone and Apple Watch are cool, but I haven't seen many substance articles on here in a while...

Is there a way to contact UPS and have them start the boot up process so the watch is on when it gets to your door?

1 out of 2 of mine is preparing for shipment (Card Charged), the other is still processing.
I ordered both seperately at 3:01 EST. Ship date for both 24/4-8/5.

Surely if you look at it like that then all versions are beta as the next version is always an improvement....
I think you mean UPS since they are doing the shipping, did they already charge your card?

2:06am CST Order- Still Processing Status
I ordered a 42mm Watch with the black sports band and I am still waiting for my status to change. I hope I don't have to wait another 2 weeks!

I am curious in the Southern part of the US. I wonder if certain areas are seeing first runs faster.

Funds were taken yesterday and my status was changed to "preparing for shipment"

Pre-order time: 4/10 12:02AM PST.
Email Confirmation: 12:02AM PST.
Estimated Delivery Times:4/24-5/08
Status: Preparing to ship.

Did anyone that ordered a Space Grey Stainless Steel (Link) watch get a estimated delivery date before May 13th? My order for one completed at 3:02am EST and it was 4-6 weeks from the get-go. So I'm not surprised those watches haven't seen a status change.

When I bought mine I had to use my iPad because my MBP and iMac weren't able to refresh the store until about 10 minutes in to pre orders, but the Apple Store app worked just fine on my iPad

It looks like anything Space Grey hasn't had much movement yet; am I correct in saying that? The Sport and Stainless SG models everyone pre-ordered seems to be the least shipped thus far. I have a feeling there's A LOT of demand for that color. I know my Sport SG hasn't moved an inch!
Me too :-( earliest I suspect we see them is end of May. Which is crazy considering I ordered it less than 12hrs after they went up haha. Good for Apple!!! I hope it ends up being a hit.

This IS the watch. I already have the shipping notice for the cable which is coming via FedEx.
No movement on the tracking page other than a label being created. Rialto, CA is only 440 miles from where I live. Maybe I should take a "short" drive and bang on a few doors down there.
Things to note: Yes, they are coming overnight shipping. And apparently no signature is required for delivery. Oh, and you -can- track by using your phone number for the reference number. For me, that was my cell number.

I have a regular Stainless Link on order as of 3:03AM EST (the second the site came up for me) and it was IMMEDIATELY 4-6 week wait. Honestly (and I realize its just a watch) I'm QUITE pissed about that. Apple should have let people know ahead of time that certain (read MOST) models were ALREADY WAY out of the 4/24 window the second they became available. Why you ask? So people like me could have slept in till morning and STILL had the same window for delivery.
i received an email from UPS today, but my order still shows as preparing for shipment on apple.com 
Just had my second watch which was the 38mm Milanese Loop get charged to my account at 4:20pm ET. Watch was ordered at 3:05pm ET and paid with Apple Pay using the phone app. The app worked before the website was even up.
First watch was SS with classic buckle ordered at 3:04pm ET and paid with Apple Pay too. It was charged yesterday at 5:02pm ET and status has been updated to preparing for shipment.
They must be doing another round of charges right now. Hoping I get them both Friday.

That's the exact one I ordered! I have not gotten a ship number yet!!! Come on UPS!
