It's after 5pm now... and even though UPS says my phone arrived in Pittsburgh at 7am this morning nothing has arrived. Called and UPS said it should be out for delivery by 10am, but the UPS site still says delivery information available. Glad to waste a whole day waiting around for nothing.

Did you receive Apple's email early this morning that yours will be delivered today? Does your UPS tracking show it's out for delivery today? It may still arrive by 7p for you.

Nope, nothing from Apple. UPS tracking just shows it arrived at 7am this morning.

I'm in the same boat although I got the email from Apple saying it should be delivered today. Arrived in Columbus around 10AM and then no updates on UPS since. Doesn't even give me an estimated delivery date. Assuming by now that it's coming on Monday. Oh well, would've been nice to play with it this weekend.

As someone who has worked in a Japanese Company - in America - with imports from China, Thailand and a number of other Asian companies for the last 33 years, I do know more than a little about imports and customs and brokers.

I KNOW that UPS is constantly trying to "force" large companies to use them as their "broker agents" for import / export and that UPS is not above screwing with those companies shipments and then saying it was the companies chosen agents who caused the problem.

I do not "know" that this is what has happened in this situation - But I do know that IF UPS wants to play with the big boys, they need to step up their game and either put up or shut up! The fact that they have told so many different "stories" to so many customers tells me that their backend IT operations either needs a lot of work - or they were deliberately sending a message to Apple through their service.

Oh - and as far as my job - thanks for your well wishes! But - FYI - I'm just 6 months from retiring with a nest egg that you cannot even imagine . . . But thanks, anyway!

Your welcome. Watch that Nest carefully. Things will be getting windy soon. ;)

No mention of the idiots working at UPS making stuff up as they went along to lie to the customers?

Have you ever worked a customer service job such as this before? Lots of times the people who are manning the phones do not have the information you are looking for either. Many times they do not have the luxury of saying "I don't know" to a customer, and they are the only people you have the ability to talk to directly. How would you handle this situation? Remember, you don't know why the shipment tracking is displaying the way it is and you don't have the ability to find out why.

Got an email from Apple saying it would be delivered today but UPS didn't unload it from the plane and so I wait till Monday

I ordered my iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Jet Black (AT&T) and it has not changed the shipping date (November 23)

Does any one have any information on expedited shipping or if it's even a remote possibility?
I'm also dissapointed that AT&T will not permit to pay off the remaining balance of the new iPhone 7 Plus in one lump sum via their new trade-in promotion (I'm trading my paid off iPhone 6Plus).

Mine has been out for delivery since 10:10 am. It's 8:45 pm now and still no phone. Looks like it's Monday for me. What a week of false hopes being dashed. UPS has managed to turn this into a real clusterfungus. It'll be five days past their original delivery date by the time it arrives. And what consequence is it to them? None at all.

UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday unless you have a special business privileged "Saturday" account. They actually lock down the warehouses on Saturday where nobody has access to it.

Apple emailed me this morning saying UPS told them my Watch would be delivered today. UPS shows my Watch being here in Lexington, but it was not delivered today. I'm not one to get overly upset about these things, but this delivery process has been a mess...

Thanks for the info. Don't know why they have it out for delivery if that's the case. Lots of people on this post seem to be getting theirs in spite of any Saturday policies. They're just messing with me I suppose. In fact it's still saying out for delivery when I just checked.

Mine was due on Thursday, then changed to Friday, then changed to Monday (all on UPS.com). I live in the Bay Area (San Mateo), and it was scanned arriving in Oakland today (Saturday) at 0959. Then Destination Scan in South San Francisco 1157, and then at 1240 it said "Out for delivery today", and changed the expected delivery date to today.

It's now 2104 and I'm getting a bit skeptical. :p

Maybe they went ahead and pre-loaded the trucks for Monday but didn't tell their system the trucks weren't rolling out?

Well, also, I used their "estimate arrival" option and it says (no kidding) that "Estimated Delivery Time" is "1:01 A.M. - 1:01 A.M."

So maybe I just need to stay up late.

Well I got the email from apple saying it would be delivered yesterday and I called UPS and they said it wouldn't be delivered so I went to the movies and then came home to find out that they had attempted to deliver it but I wasn't home and they didn't even leave it on the steps despite me having the pre signed delivery notice on the door

Mine was delivered yesterday as well as my phone was one of the ones caught in the ship-gate thing last week. I don't have any special UPS Saturday accounts.

After 33 1/2 hours stuck in Shanghai, my Apple Watch 2 sat in Louisville from about 3 A.M. on Friday until just after midnight Sunday morning, about 45 hours. According to many posts here, it could have made it on Saturday if it had moved from KY. Perhaps AW's don't qualify for Saturday delivery because they are less expensive.

It left Louisville 17 hours ago, according to a scan entry. The trip, if by truck should take about 15 or 16 hours, per Apple Maps. Obviously, it isn't flying. Maybe it got tired of sitting around and is walking.

When I called Apple during the Kentucky layover, the rather short response was that their only obligation was to get it to me by the third week in October, the end of the projection made when I ordered. I'm sure they are tired of the same questions.

I noticed that UPS has completely removed their "Scheduled Delivery" field from the tracking results.

AT&T will never stop you from paying off your installment plan, however your installment credits will stop.

Yesterday, we reported that some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus shipments have experienced irregular movement or delays during delivery between China or South Korea and their final destinations in the United States.

UPS has since confirmed to MacRumors that a small number of deliveries were impacted due to a mechanical problem and weather delay, while it is still investigating the reason for erroneous tracking notices.Apple began accepting iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus pre-orders on September 9, and it took less than 20 minutes for supplies of popular models to begin selling out. iPhone 7 Plus and Jet Black models have been most constrained, but some customers originally quoted October to November delivery dates for Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus models have seen their orders ship sooner than expected.

I bet you they lost or broke a bunch of iPhones are making up fake excuses like weather delays to cover it up!

Is that Lexington Ky?

Well darn, this is a nail biter with my UPS delivery today after missing a Saturday delivery. It's now 6:30pm and a UPS truck who was parked outside of where I work around 6:05 stopped I approcahed him and though he had other packages for me NO iPhone! They suggested I call UPS and have it tracked. I did that and finally seak to a few people and am told it shows the phone is still "out for delivery." Holding my breath, 1- 1000, 2-1000 3, 1000......
