Mine came...:)

OUTSTANDING! Congratulations!
[doublepost=1474730244][/doublepost]UPDATE: After only 17 minutes - and 2 Transfers - I was told by a member of the UPS / Apple team that my iPhone would be delivered today. I can only hope that she is right, as the UPS web page continues to show a Monday delivery, while the IVR at UPS continues to say that my package is still in Alaska!

I'm sure it'll come today man. Forget the tracking info! It's clearly wrong.

Did it show a delivery date for Monday?

It did. Until this morning it switched to today when it went to "Out for Delivery." And I have to travel later today, as such I was preoccupied that it wouldn't deliver until this evening. Needless to say, they delivered it quite early.

[doublepost=1474734347][/doublepost]My UPS delivery status just changed to September 24, 2016 delivery from September 26, 2016. I should get the phone very soon.

Yesterday, we reported that some iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus shipments have experienced irregular movement or delays during delivery between China or South Korea and their final destinations in the United States.

UPS has since confirmed to MacRumors that a small number of deliveries were impacted due to a mechanical problem and weather delay, while it is still investigating the reason for erroneous tracking notices.Apple began accepting iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus pre-orders on September 9, and it took less than 20 minutes for supplies of popular models to begin selling out. iPhone 7 Plus and Jet Black models have been most constrained, but some customers originally quoted October to November delivery dates for Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus models have seen their orders ship sooner than expected.

I just received my iPhone 7 Plus 256gb black and I couldn't be any happier. So far I have put it under rigorous tests to see I could replicate the hiss sound and so far nothing. I have it stays like that.

Being content with what we have is the key. That said, following the status of an order is great sport, especially this one.

At least I now know mine is not the only new Apple product wandering around the globe in fits and starts. Apple said it would be delivered on the 26th, but UPS has said the 22nd, then the 21st and I waited until late on Friday, the 23rd, for the scheduled "by end of day" delivery. As I gave up, the delivery status became unscheduled as my Apple Watch was updated as being still in Louisville, KY.

My UPS tracking status read, that I haven't seen elsewhere; Louisville, KY, United States "09/23/2016 3:54 A.M. The receiver has been requested to provide warehouse entry details necessary for clearance." Then at 10:33 P.M., "Your package was released by the clearing agency." I wonder if my Watch looked suspiciously undocumented?

It has not moved since. Probably got a room to recover from the jet lag, and will resume it's journey later this weekend.

Bananas, strawberries and dark chocolate all contain substances that help to lower stress.

I hope my iPhone 7 Plus 256 GB doesn't have the hissing sound either. I will keep you posted.

So - after I woke up and saw the email that the phone would be delivered today, i checked with the UPS site which now said that it would be delivered monday. I called them and waited on hold for 15 minutes and talked to an agent about my going to pick it up directly. No can do.

I was a little irate. But thought what the heck. No sense in sitting around all day and wasting the weekend. I went off to Costco, while my wife went grocery shopping. I checked several times and the status was still the same. As I was about to leave, I got a call from my wife. The phone had come in.

She had just walked in the (back) door to find the dog barking his head off. The UPS guy was here.

If she had been a minute later, we would have gotten the dreaded note in the door.

If you have gotten the email from Apple, stay around till it gets delivered.

OK. Backing up the old phone.

When trying to get ahead of the process goes wrong....
I usually pick it up at the hub down here in Miami since the UPS truck doesn't pass through my house until late in the route (4-6pm). After the delay, I figured UPS wasn't going to have it here on Saturday and gave them the authorization to leave it at the hub and I'll swing by Monday morning. Woke up this morning and saw that it was in Miami at 7am. An hour later it was at the hub. Problem is, hub is closed for customer pickups on weekend. :(
Gotta say, good on UPS for putting the effort in and seeing that the deliveries weren't delayed any more than a day for most of you guys.

Be patient and or if you have to leave put the signed document out. Mine made it to my state late but was updated to a Monday delivery this morning. Within 20m after seeing that online my doorbell rang and it was UPS with my phone. It appears their tracking system is accurate but its slow. I never received any emails and or text messages from UPS until it was delivered. Its almost like they turned that portion off until they catch up.

Checking out. Time to play with my new phone.

I hope my iPhon

Just got it at 10:20AM, September 24, 2016 via UPS. It took 50 minutes from the September 24, 2016 delivery notice. By the way, I never got an email from Apple for the updated September 24, 2016 delivery. I will open the box later because I have classes to take. I have to give credit to UPS for doing their best in a challenging situation.

I don't want to tell you what journey of phones calls I had this morning when I heard mechanical issues and that I was gonna get it Monday , but it updated for me to pick up at the ups facility , and I've been hearing a lot of you getting your phones . Check your tracking if you haven't already ! Good luck everyone , hope I am able to pick up my package when I get there

Just as an update: Doorbell rang and UPS delivered my iPhone! I went back to the tracking and it still hadn't changed from what I posted this morning, just showing that it was destination scan at 8:13am and that scheduled for 9/26/16 delivery. About 5 minutes ago it finally just switched to delivered. So basically don't trust the tracking information.

Good luck to all!

Well, maybe we're not all unemployed slackers, living with our parents, so we can be home to sign for our new iPhones.

I have been notified by UPS that:

(1) Your package will be delivered on 9/22/2016. Signature Required.
So I arranged for 8 hours of PTO to be home.

(2) Your package has been delayed and will now be delivered on 9/23/2016. Signature Required.
Another 8 hours of PTO wasted

(3) Your package has been delayed and will now be delivered on 9/26/2016. Signature Required.
So that's 24 HOURS of wasted PTO because UPS can't get their act together and at the very least upgrade the delivery to a Saturday?

Next time think before you paint such an inaccurate picture on such a broad canvas!

Right, and you have how many years in the Air Freight Industry? No idea about you being an Unemployed Slacker living with your parents? I hope things improve for you.

There are situations that sometimes are compounded by the manufacturer not always being accurate with the carrier. Unfortunately Apple has this tendency. Especially on a delayed production ramp up that is now being forced down the logistical pipeline. One hiccup is all it takes. Apple is the main reason UPS is unable to give you accurate information. One only has to look at the Apple Upgrade Program Complaints. Many of you phones have been reallocated to Apple Upgrade Customers.

So, be careful with you're "brush" fixations. Good luck on the job front also. ;)

I suspect since Apple pulled strings and had the delayed shipments updated to Saturday deliveries manually, nothing in the system was updated. Mine like others updated this morning to Monday delivery but I had gotten the Apple email last night. I could tell it was coming today though because it was flown to a hub here that my shipments never go through. It hit the destination scan and then nothing else until it was delivered. Either Apple paid a bunch of extra money to push UPS or UPS fell on its sword and did overtime to correct all of their snafu's. UPS's tracking system is not the best and tends to be slow sometimes but this week it has been much worse then I've ever seen it. I can't even logically blame it on the increase in iPhone shipments because they do this every year with greater numbers since launch day had a large number of shortages. It almost seems like their system just glitches really bad and ended up causing massive delays. I am glad they ultimately fixed the issue.

As someone who has worked in a Japanese Company - in America - with imports from China, Thailand and a number of other Asian companies for the last 33 years, I do know more than a little about imports and customs and brokers.

I KNOW that UPS is constantly trying to "force" large companies to use them as their "broker agents" for import / export and that UPS is not above screwing with those companies shipments and then saying it was the companies chosen agents who caused the problem.

I do not "know" that this is what has happened in this situation - But I do know that IF UPS wants to play with the big boys, they need to step up their game and either put up or shut up! The fact that they have told so many different "stories" to so many customers tells me that their backend IT operations either needs a lot of work - or they were deliberately sending a message to Apple through their service.

Oh - and as far as my job - thanks for your well wishes! But - FYI - I'm just 6 months from retiring with a nest egg that you cannot even imagine . . . But thanks, anyway!
