Why is it taking so long for Apple to update their order screens? I'm getting my phone shipped to work, so I can't do the UPS thing

They probably won't do it til it leaves Alaska.

How are you guys getting your tracking numbers? I purchase from Apple with a delivery date of 11-3 but on my Apple app it just says preparing to ship with no tracking number. Any help?

Use your phone number or the first 8 digits of your order number for the Shipment Reference and do a Track by Reference on UPS using your country and zip code.

No I didn’t but I had my brother do it and he found our orders! Thank you so much. I’m guessing you can’t see that screen on mobile cause he did it on his computer

Guys, last year my phone got from ZhengZhou to my house overnight. There is no need to worry even if the tracking shows no movement till Thursday.

Did you enter anything in the other fields, like destination country, your zip? When I did that it didn't work for me either. Try leaving the other fields blank. Enter just the ref #.

From what I gather, we are all on same flight from China. They landed in Alaska at ~6:00pm EST and have now taken off again for KY and getting in around 1:30am.

There they will rest until Thursday night/Friday morning when they will make their final journey to be delivered to us

Of course I could be wrong but I think all of the 10:39pm departure times are on this NCR628 flight.
