I was reading how some of you all have wild commute times to an Apple Store as far as 3 hours. That’s crazy. . I realize how fortunate I am to have 6 stores around me that are within 30miles. I have 2 about 10-15mins away.

Does anyone else with an in-store pickup order have the pickup store location showing as their home/billing address? I'm sure it's just a bug, but really strange.

Just saw this in a Reddit post. Maybe they will start changing for those of us who got in early like me and got a 9/25 delivery date.

My husband's orange Pro Max that originally had a delivery date of 9/25 changed to 9/19 at some point in the last 30 minutes or so, yay! It's still Processing, though, has not flipped to Preparing to Ship. My Silver Pro Max is ISPU for the 19th. I'm super glad the hubs won't have to wait almost a week extra for his!

I was a 8:03 order for 512 GB Blue PM on IUP with a 25-Sept delivery just checked and it’s now 19-Sept delivery. Was indeed a glitch!

100 miles is my closest one. Add on driving into Chicago traffic and I’ll wait for a delivery guy.

No new hard pull but to be fair, the only hard pull I ever had was when I started the program back when it launched, each year after has been a soft pull.

That was the case for me as well, no hard pulls..... until this year - Equifax hit me with a hard pull this week. I've been on the IUP since its inception, never missed a payment, etc. So weird.

Same here. I used to take it for granted when I used to get my phones delivered but after one year of ups losing my phone I started to pickup after work. Easy peasy w multiple options.

Same. And a good part of that 10-15 minutes is dealing with traffic and trying to find parking. If I just walked from home to the Apple Stores, it’s around 10-15 minutes, too.

It’s crazy how close the two Apple Stores nearby are (Glendale Galleria and The Americana) yet both still get very busy.

I wonder if mine is taking longer to switch cause I didn't use iUP, but went through Verizon
