Just did it though the Apple Store app. Picking up a sage iPhone 17 at my Apple Store in the morning on launch day. Good luck to you all.

So glad I live ten minutes from an Apple Store as it sounds like delivery is 9/25 while pickup is 9/19. At least that’s the way it was for me on the app.

I stayed and got in one minute after. I didn’t refresh any longer.

Ordered the 17 pro max orange 256, and it says delivery by sept 25th.

Mine was the same in KS so I opted for in store pickup instead but strangely when I look on the apple website after adding to. your bag and not my get ready for pre-order it says delivery on sept 19 so idk

I’m confused, I set up my pre-order yesterday so everything was ready for this morning. 256GB Silver PM. Apple Store app loaded at 8:02 AM ET. Arrival date says 9/25 as I’m checking out. Email confirmation says 9/25 too.

Why I’m more confused, I went in and configured the exact same phone again after placing my order, and it says arrives 9/19.

Hoping this is just a weird glitch in the system and the date will update later to reflect launch day.

Mine says 9/25 as well, but I went back to see the estimate and it is still running at 9/19...

So we either are getting the short end of the stick by doing the pre-order preparation OR it is a glitch in the system and we will all get ours on 9/19 after all.

Got in easy and am doing store pickup, but on my order confirmation it is showing the store address as my billing address which doesn't make a lot of sense. I used my existing payment information (Apple Card) so it didn't even ask my billing address when I placed the order.
