Yes. And I just ordered another and got 09/19 delivery. I cancelled the 09/25 order.Anyone else setup their preorder days ago, get the order in within a minute of the store opening and show a date of 9/25?
My orange 1tb pro max just switched from the 25th to the 19th
All this time they had to prepare and have an error like this. It sure does not create good will. Glad it is fixed!
Got in at 8:03 and they’d borked my saved preorder so I had to redo it. Now I have a 9/25 delivery. Grrrrrr.
looks like it was just a glitch as suspected. my “9/25” date is now 9/19. 3 min after preorders opened

Ordered my 17 MP Cosmic Orange 512GB at 8:08am ET through the Apple app, where I had already prepared it for today’s preorder a couple days prior. I received a 9/25 delivery date which I was surprised based on the time I ordered, but not upset.
Just checked the Apple app and now I’ve been “upgraded” to 9/19. Thank you, Apple! 🤣🤣🤣

I believe the first post of these threads used to include all of that info. Nobody read it, and people kept asking the same questions over and over. People are people.
That’s fair as I was was about to do the same but when I thought about doing it it was too late
I had both a silver and an orange Pro 512 in pre-order. I couldn't decide which one I really wanted. This morning in the wee hours my finger pushed go on the orange. I hope I'm not going to have buyer's remorse. I've seen videos of people saying that they liked it more in person, and others saying they like it less. But... there are cases, I guess. I don't like blue or silver any better. And after complaining for ages that there were never any fun, bright colors for the Pro phones, I kind of feel obliged to get orange in the hope that Apple will make more fun colors.
Anything can happen at this point for yours as we saw like out could come on release day very small chance
US citizen in China. Same thing every year, App loads 10-15 minutes late. Always a 3 week delay. 
Yeah a lot of people are I got in as early as I can and did everything right. It’s out of my control.
Came here to ask this. Mine is still “order placed,” but i want to cancel it and order for delivery now that everything seems to be fixed. My configuration (17 Pro Blue 512) is now showing 9/19 delivery, when at 5:02am it was 9/25 🙄
