Well at least they are not expensive.
That's what happens when Apple cheaps out and goes with AMD.
If you like your laptops 2" thick and 11 lbs weight.
I had a glitchy screen similar to above very briefly while I was troubleshooting a problem in which connecting/disconnecting displays combined with the "closed mode" (whatever it's really called), freaks it out and it won't wake up. Had to force restart a number of times until I figured out I should open the lid, disconnect the displays, let it "find itself" back to one display, then close it. That works so far, anyway.

People shelling out 3-4k on day 1 considering the fruit's QA current state, can't blame Apple for the trolling addiction, enjoy.
That's concerning because there are likely other issues that haven't been highly publicized yet.
I know! This is the first time a Mac has ever had graphics issues. The 2007-2008 NVIDIA MacBook Pros were faultless. And let's not forget how rock solid the 2011 AMD MBPs were.
2011 AMD Radeon all over again.
Should have gone with the vastly superior Nvidia Pascal cards. Nobody should be buying this crippled junk (that $3,000 price tag is just insult to injury).

Great I need a dpu and it to be flaw less. Apple's choice on CPU also hinders buying decision. At least dell - Alienware has proper CPU
Glad I waited. A major redesign like this always come with baggage. Expect a revised model coming soon.
Apple will address your concern, by denying it for months, then issuing a fix at your cost (like the iphone touch disease garbage).
These display issues are due to faulty GPUs or the installation of the GPU. While I also would have liked to see Nvidia being used instead of AMD, Nvidia is far from innocent in supplying defective GPUs to manufacturers as well.
This is what happens when the boss spends more time worrying about perceived social justice issues than making proper computers.
My mid 2010 MBP model was known to have graphics issues (Nivida GeForce). I think it was mostly on the 15". Something caused the screen to go green in some parts. Mine has text bold in certain areas every 'fourth night' and audio lags on external displays the first few minutes.
Too thin for a powerful GPU, form over function, Apple of 2016. Which is why I switched to Windows 10 a while back.
