Looks like the Multiquote icon seems to be a broken image but, this may just be temporary? It just seems to come and go, hopefully it's just getting used to the forums 😛

I see there's also a Default skin and a v3.5. Is there a difference? Tehy look the same to me in Safari.

Yes, especially when someone says that you said something that you didn't. Now you can prove it by going back and citing multiple counts on how they're wrong. 😉
