Become a MacRumors Supporter for $50/year with no ads, ability to filter front page stories, and private forums.
The "Justification" of Sub-Forums seems to be off.

1. They used to be "indented"
2. The first Subforum now appears next to the word "Subforum" where as it USED to be that they would all list below the word... and then "indented".

I saw somewhere on another thread that there was an issue with using the members page on the main MacRumors page.

I'm still having that problem with the cookies. I log in to the forums and go back to refresh the main members page and nothing happens. I can only get the Macrumors main page with the adverts.

This problem is occurring with Safari for Leopard 10.5.8 and Opera for Windows XP. I've deleted all private data from both browsers, but it didn't fix the problem.

^^^Yep, we haven't yet resolved the issue with the ad-free front page for contributors. Hang in there, and in the meantime you should be able clear the cookies instructed on the warning page and get back to the regular front page with ads. We'll get things patched up as soon as possible...apologies for the inconvenience.

ok, thanks.

The ad-free issue being experienced by contributors should be fixed now.

It seems as if the "breadcrumb" links at the bottom of every thread are now gone...is this intentional? I used the feature of linking back to the forum the thread was in via these links all the time...hoping they'll be back soon.

Notes from Digital Photography:

The Insert Image icon in the forum reply window is buggy. If you use it to insert an image hosted on ImageShack, the full size image shows fine. If you add the code for thumbnail--the image is replaced with a "target=something or other" Is this a glitch or is thumbnail quoting or posting no longer supported? Flickr posts work fine, but they are an [img] embedded in a [url].

This is causing serious issues... I host my images on Zenfolio and they have the same issues... please fix it ASAP

I'm really missing the forum hierarchy at the bottom of threads. It's really handy, you can follow a thread down to the bottom and then use those links to move on... Now I really have to scroll back up quite often. Any chance?

The iPhone friendly quick style chooser is missing some CSS formatting. I checked with FireBug and can not find the associated styles (#mr_header; vbmenu_control2) in any attached css files or within the style tag. They are there for the default forum style.
