You will get an email saying that payment couldn’t be processed and your order will be on hold until payment is complete. It happened to me earlier and I needed to transfer funds.
For those of you that had your bank accounts charged and your delivery dates disappearing from the order status, please know that this is part of the process and it will update later once the phone is picked up by the courier (FedEx for most people). After that, you should have a tracking number.
Yes I finally got to talk to a rep after being on hold forever. She said my delivery date will not change although it is no longer displayed.
Used Apple Pay on reservation night. I got the email today about payment not processing. Shameful.

That I’m not sure and I didn’t want to find out so I completed it right away. But once I updated payment method and got charged, it quickly switched to processing so hopefully you can still get that even after one day but I wouldn’t recommend going beyond that.
if you are currently on device payment and you pay off half and trade in and order a new XS, how long do you have to turn in the old phone?
id want to be able to have both phones in my possession until the xs return window is up, or at least like a week while i decide if i want to keep or return the xs...wouldnt want to turn in my 8 immediately only to decide i dont want to keep the xs and end up with no phone.
verizon chat says old one has to be turned in within 15 days which is what i would expect, but i never trust carrier reps.

On the Verizon app it says ship by date 9/21/18 and through the browser it says deliver by 9/21/18. Does that mean I will get it Friday? Or it ships to me Friday?

I see 3 charges from Verizon. One is the total amount and the other 2 are both $1.00 charges. Nothing from FedEx.
I haven’t gotten charged yet. I used PayPal and the charge shows on the paypal account but nothing has been taken out of my bank account. I’m hoping me changing the shipping address and using PayPal doesn’t mess anything up. I ordered the gold 64gb XS Max

My payment didn't go thru. I called and for some reason, they have a different card on the order than what I used. Charged the card and now says processing,
How did you get it billed your account. CS told me they can't bill to the account.
I’m in the Verizon iPhone upgrade program. Was an upgrade and was upgrade eligible. So besides $30 upgrade fee I just pay monthly.
Okay so after an hour on the phone with the VZ rep who was awesome, she was able to send me a link to update payment. For some reason I didn’t get the email with the link to update payment when my payment was declined. She had to do a lot of things to get me to that point but she didn’t want to have to cancel and reorder because I wouldn’t have gotten 9/21 delivery.
I ordered the iPhone XS Max 256 Silver, AW 4 Stainless 44mm, and AW 4 Gold 40mm. All now say "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later."
My discover has a charge for $202 and change. Frankly, I have no idea how that breaks out. I feel like that is only for the phone - the amount to pay off the rest of the payments to half, plus the taxes.
