I ordered the iPhone XS Max 256 Silver, AW 4 Stainless 44mm, and AW 4 Gold 40mm. All now say "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later."

My discover has a charge for $202 and change. Frankly, I have no idea how that breaks out. I feel like that is only for the phone - the amount to pay off the rest of the payments to half, plus the taxes.

I didn't see any Stainless options for AW 4?

Every time I call the rep will not credit the upgrade fee. The last time I was told I have to wait to the fee appears on my new bill which generates in a few days. I guess should wait and try then.

same here, I am being told the same thing too.
 
Okay so after an hour on the phone with the VZ rep who was awesome, she was able to send me a link to update payment. For some reason I didn’t get the email with the link to update payment when my payment was declined. She had to do a lot of things to get me to that point but she didn’t want to have to cancel and reorder because I wouldn’t have gotten 9/21 delivery.

Truth be told my ordering experience was such a nightmare on Friday website crashed, app crashing, 2 agents refusing to credit me anything, that I hope my Apple Pay declines. I have be with Verizon for 10 years with a Family Bill of $500 per month... now I am just looking for a final reason to ditch them. I have also been sick all weekend with the Flu probably from staying up all night on Pre-Order night pressing buttons like I was one of my kids playing video games.

About an hour ago I received an email from Verizon saying my Amex card was declined. After calling Amex they said it was a suspected fraud charge and they did release the account but said Verizon needed to recharge the transaction. Just spent about 45 min on the phone with Verizon because they couldn't figure out how to recharge it without cancelling the order and losing my place in line (placed at 3am on Friday). They finally found a way to charge it and hopefully I should get it on the 21st...fingers crossed.
 
Side note....looking at my order for an Xs and Xs Max. I added AppleCare+ for each phone to the order.

The order is showing both AppleCare+ purchases under 1 phone number. Obviously can’t have double the AppleCare on one phone. Anyone else have this happen?
 
if you are currently on device payment and you pay off half and trade in and order a new XS, how long do you have to turn in the old phone?

id want to be able to have both phones in my possession until the xs return window is up, or at least like a week while i decide if i want to keep or return the xs...wouldnt want to turn in my 8 immediately only to decide i dont want to keep the xs and end up with no phone.

verizon chat says old one has to be turned in within 15 days which is what i would expect, but i never trust carrier reps.
Don’t forget the $50 restocking fee if you decide to return the xs

It took my second chat attempt, first one said basically "sorry, there's nothing to do except cancel and reorder" to which I replied "hell no". Called back today and it was no problem , good luck!

Was just charged. IPXS max 256 sg still waiting on my 2nd one to be charged

I ordered two maxes, one of them was declined on cc because of the possible fraud. Verizon sent an email saying to update card. I did that and it looks like payment went through. Hopefully smooth sailing the rest of the way. :apple:

Does anyone know if I can buy the phones from Apple Store and add a new line and get the $700 credit promo/bogo? Or do I need to directly purchase from Verizon?
