I got one of my purchases billed to my account as well.I’m in the Verizon iPhone upgrade program. Was an upgrade and was upgrade eligible. So besides $30 upgrade fee I just pay monthly.
I ordered the iPhone XS Max 256 Silver, AW 4 Stainless 44mm, and AW 4 Gold 40mm. All now say "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later."
My discover has a charge for $202 and change. Frankly, I have no idea how that breaks out. I feel like that is only for the phone - the amount to pay off the rest of the payments to half, plus the taxes.

same here, I am being told the same thing too.Every time I call the rep will not credit the upgrade fee. The last time I was told I have to wait to the fee appears on my new bill which generates in a few days. I guess should wait and try then.
Okay so after an hour on the phone with the VZ rep who was awesome, she was able to send me a link to update payment. For some reason I didn’t get the email with the link to update payment when my payment was declined. She had to do a lot of things to get me to that point but she didn’t want to have to cancel and reorder because I wouldn’t have gotten 9/21 delivery.
Don’t forget the $50 restocking fee if you decide to return the xsif you are currently on device payment and you pay off half and trade in and order a new XS, how long do you have to turn in the old phone?
id want to be able to have both phones in my possession until the xs return window is up, or at least like a week while i decide if i want to keep or return the xs...wouldnt want to turn in my 8 immediately only to decide i dont want to keep the xs and end up with no phone.
verizon chat says old one has to be turned in within 15 days which is what i would expect, but i never trust carrier reps.

It took my second chat attempt, first one said basically "sorry, there's nothing to do except cancel and reorder" to which I replied "hell no".
