I've escalated mine to Verizon Executive Relations.
The guy that took my order around 2:15am CT butchered it and had to cancel. He was supposed to call me back at 6am after a supervisor cancelled it with the assurance that I wouldn't lose my place in line for ship date.
Never called. Woman that took my order at 6:15am when I called said that she put in a "Jump the Line" form due to this being their error.
Today, Verizon Executive Relations called me back and said that he's looking into it and will keep me updated. Expects to have this resolved if not tonight by tomorrow afternoon. He's in Arizona and leaves at 8:30 CT.
I'll update this when I get an answer.
128GB Jet Black 7 Plus.
Keep us updated. I'm having the same issue (well, kinda).
Placed an order for a 7 128gb Jet Black, and 7+ (supposed to be 128gb) Matte Black, and Rose Gold 7+ 128gb at 3:15 EST (email 3:22). I realize, OH CRAP, I clicked on 32gb for the black. Luckily, I have a another phone on the account due for upgrade. I quickly place a fourth order, and get on chat to cancel the wrong order. I give her the order number, and go back to bed calling it a night. When I wake up in the morning, I see she cancelled the WRONG ORDER (thank goodness I have the chat transcript as proof).
Talk to CS, get a "jump the line" form put in since this was their error. However, thats where it ends. My order status says delver 10/05, and I can't really get any answers if the form was processed, when it's expected to come, etc. So if you hear something I'm interested to know what you find out and from whom, so I can talk to them too!
Sidenote, my Rose Gold 128gb 7+ shows on the email confirmation and order status on the Verizon website to be 9/16, however when I click the link through the email I get a date of 9/28![]()
Too many times!!!!Might be a dumb question but how many times a day do you check the Verizon site for payment and checking info?
The same thing happened with my Rose Gold 128gb 7+. I'm currently chatting with verizion about which date is right 9/16 or 9/28. We'll see if they have anything helpful to say!
The website is now telling me it doesn't have a record of my preorder number.. Hmm
sooo reading some of the other threads and this popped up....a guy stating that he received an email from verizon that his JB 7+ 128gb had a delivery date of 10/5 but is not coming this friday. idk whether to believe him or not but theres hope!!!

Nothing yet but apparently things changed over the weekend. I just got off the phone with tier 3 CSR they are looking into my jet black plus order (updated details in sig). Apparently they got updated inventory numbers over the weekend. I should be getting a call back today with a updated ship date.
