I called 1(800)922-0204. When the system asked why I was calling, I said Order Status, it asked which line, I typed it in, it confirmed the last few numbers of the pre-order number, and told me the status of the order, which I'm not 100% sure is accurate, but I don't see how an automated system would be able to lie and tell me it's shipped.
Edit: I also talked to a Rep who basically told me that they are at the mercy of their systems, they can give slightly more information than the website, but they know about as much as we do, the only thing she was able to confirm was that since my order was early, it would be shipped and delivered before the end of the week, or on Monday at the absolute latest.
