iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 32GB. Confirmation email came in at 3:19AM EST. Scheduled for 9/28 ship date. I have seen literally zero 32GB's move which kind of sucks. Don't think theres a chance it comes on the 16th

Yes. 7 Plus 126gb matte black, conf email received at 3:30am EDT, still waiting for CC charge and shipment.
 
Everytime I check the pre-order page and there is no update it's crushing my soul!

I'm hoping for Friday but not sure, since I've seen some other people with 9/28 estimated dates being charged/shipped.

I'd just like to know when it's arriving so I can plan accordingly.

So if your phone doesn't arrive until next week are you guys going to authorize delivery without signature? If it arrives on Friday I can have someone home to sign for it, but if it's literally any other day of the week that won't be an option. I'm nervous about having it on the porch, but I might not get it for a long while otherwise.

Yep, Same boat except my CC was charged the upgrade fee last night. I haven't seen any movement at all since. On My Verizon Orders page it shows blank for "Deliver By" date. When I called customer support, I went through the automated system to check my order status and it said that it was shipped and would arrive within 2 business days, but I have nothing other than the automated system saying that. The Rep I talked to said that it may have shipped, or may ship in the next 48-72 hours. She thought I'd get it by Friday. You should call Customer support and use that automated system to check your order status and post what it says. See if it's saying the same for all of us still waiting.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered around 3:45 am EST on 09/09. Just been sitting at "Processing." It seems like a lot of others with 128gb matte blacks have been charged and received shipping notice though. Hopeful that we'll be on another batch that goes out overnight.

Wow so you're one of the first time wise and it was still 9/28 date...did they just forget to make this type or what?? Wtf

is it an automated machine that tells you because when i go through the automated machine it then tries to connect me to a rep but they're all busy.
 
Hmmm. I just tried it, gave me a "in process, payment not taken yet" which it certainly was. Meh, can't really blame all the systems for not being updated 100% with the volume of orders right now.

Yes, when it asks me what I'm calling about, I say "Order Status" and it asks for my pin, then the line in which i"m upgrading (if you're upgrading a line) and then confirms the last few digits of the pre-order number, I press 1, and it tells me the order status.

I had to contact a Verizon rep to get my confirmation number.

I wouldn't be. I'm now 100% sure that it's their systems that can't keep up with the volume of updated orders. If you want to be sure, call the customer support number, use the automated system to check your order status. If that doesn't work you can say you want to speak to someone and if they're as nice as the woman I got, they'll help you track it down.

What is the Verizon phone number to check your order status? I've called the sales line and there isn't an option to check order status.

I called 1(800)922-0204. When the system asked why I was calling, I said Order Status, it asked which line, I typed it in, it confirmed the last few numbers of the pre-order number, and told me the status of the order, which I'm not 100% sure is accurate, but I don't see how an automated system would be able to lie and tell me it's shipped.

Edit: I also talked to a Rep who basically told me that they are at the mercy of their systems, they can give slightly more information than the website, but they know about as much as we do, the only thing she was able to confirm was that since my order was early, it would be shipped and delivered before the end of the week, or on Monday at the absolute latest.

I'd be ok with a Monday delivery I suppose. Or even 9/23. I just wish they'd tell us for sure.
