Ive gotten it to work using all kinds of random numbers. You have to clear the app and then open it again and it will do it.
Hey guys been creeping on here for the last couple days. Ordered a Silver 128GB + on 9/9 at 10:01AM PST (Didn't know Verizon was doing the trade-in offer) Got a delivery date of 9/28, but hoping I can get it launch day.

I disagree, We maybe saw 30-40 people on here who say they got charged..How many people who ordered actually use this forum, there are thousands and thousands of RG and MB 7+ orders to get through..when they are done im sure we'll start seeing other colors and then the 256gm phones after that. Be patient, If you havent seen any action by late thursday night you are probably out of luck..until then keep hope alive!

Who knows? It seems random at this point, it surely isn't model and time of order... my email confirmation time has trumped just about everyone that has already been charged and gotten shipping information for those models.... so your guess is as good as mine... I'm almost wondering if they have one system update a day? Seems like everyone got charged and shipping stuff last night and so far no one has posted that their card has been charged today.... or gotten shipping information today. Makes me think we have one last shot but If there is nothing on my card in the morning/late tonight I'm throwing in the towel and waiting for next week.
No idea bc I ordered and had my confirmation email at 3:24. 24 min after pre order started and the system was down. I've seen people get shipments and their order was placed at like 9 am.
I'm not sure what the reason is, but I talked to an extremely helpful representative who said that their order assignment systems are beyond overwhelmed right now, so she's not sure why some are being assigned and some aren't yet. She even put me on hold for about 30 minutes to talk to the pre-order department, and she came back and said that they're receiving far more stock than they initially anticipated. I'm not sure how reliable this information is, but she said that the vast majority of people who ordered in the first few hours will be receiving shipping notifications in the next 72 hours.
Just received my trade in box today. No movement at all on my 7 plus. Still has 9/28.
pretty much....maybe there will be a huge influx of charges tonight...it's 11:22am here in Cali...there's been no movement for the jet black, silver nor gold phones according to this forum and one other i've been following...so who knows what's going on....it's anyone's guess at this point. i did order a case for my phone off amazon to hold me over til i can get the color case i want...the otterbox statement...right now it's at a 2-3 week delivery and only in black...my phone is the 7+ 128gb gold. and i currently have the same style case on my 6S plus.
just saw silver movement on another thread. bring on the golds!! pretty please.
btw...I think I'll do this whole preorder thing again next year...being a part of this community has been a hoot (and probably helped keep my sanity in check while giving so much of myself to waiting and wondering about a dang phone)!

My order was placed around 9am on the 9th for a rose gold 128gb plus and then made another order for a 256gb matte black plus. My rose gold when I ordered said the 16th and my confirmation email says the 16th but when I check order status it says 28th like every person who has ordered a rose gold. Only thing I can hope for is that they have another shipment or update their systems tonight like they did last night.
