Give it some time, those will all line up and you will get your phone on launch day. If you have been charged, then it's just a matter of timeIf I check my order through any other means than the Verizon app, it shows still in process with a 9/23 ship date. If I check my order through the app, it shows the ship date as 9/14 and it has the invoice showing it has been paid for. It doesn't have any shipping info however.
When my card was charged last night, it took some time for the dates to change to launch day. It took a few hours. My card was charged about 8:30 or 9:00, didn't receive a tracking number until about 3:18 this morning. When I go on the preorder site it says it's been sent to the warehouse for shipment but when I click check order status from my email it still says 9/23 and processing.
