Almost 7pm Arizona time and my 7+ black 256 is still processing.....
Face the music guys..if the delivery date shows 09/23 or later, thats when were getting the phone unless you try to hit a verizon store early friday

Do you have the most recent version of the app? When I click devices it just shows a picture of both my old phones, no other menu options.
No, you're not haha. I downloaded the app last night, and there is no "My Orders" option. There is a brand new version of the app that does not include it.
If you are using the updated app, IT DOES NOT WORK. You have to be using the old version of the app.

That may be the new one, on the iPad though. Those options aren't visible at least on the new iPhone version
Yeah. That's it. It's the new version of the app. It works. I used it throughout this process.

That looks like my old app, the new app is sort of "cleaner" and "rounded" and "modernized" and all sorts of other adjectives of which Apple would totally approve lol
I'm waiting too....7+ 128gb Gold....not feeling golden right now. Lol
