all of the above lol. they just need to get moving. my case is already here and needs some company!
I would not recommend making any type of change to your phone on the order, as this could delay your order even more. Typically if you ordered within 20 minutes of the Pre-order we are hoping to get some kind of change today or tomorrow morning.

Here's what the menu looks like in the newest app. None of those links allow you to check orders. I've been through them all lol.

just got off the phone with a rep. Man I'm ticked. My order was for a iPhone 7 Plus 256GB matte black, confirmation at 312AM EST on 9/9 and still processing with no charge. 9/23 ship date. The rep told me it will ship on the 23rd, and ill have it on the 27th.....fml. I know they don't have a clue, but jeez.
Android vs iOS, all the directions I (and others) post are for/in iOS.

That really sucks.... Most of the people here with 256GB phone ordered within 20 minutes of the Pre-order, yet people that got 128 GB and ordered much later already have charges with shipping dates for Friday? I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm happy for the people that got the confirmation. I just think it's stupid that because you ordered a 256 GB you have to wait..

This looks exactly like mine...I really don't like it as well as the old app. Who wants a "feed" in their carrier app? But no ability to check order status? Silly I think.

I agree. I see 5 or 6 planes coming in soon, maybe the 256 and 32's are on there. They can still charge us tonight or in the morning and overnight to Friday. Ive had this happen last year.

If it's any consolation, I had a bunch of issues with the damn $22 upgrade fee payment, it's gone through my bank three times and each time, an hour later it's told me that no payment's been taken. None of the reps I've talked to could give me a straight answer to what exactly is happening. But 3/4 of them assured me that because I've ordered early, It either already has or will be shipping within the next two days. So I really don't think they know what they're talking about at all. I'm just worried that my phone isn't coming at all now because both their system and these reps can't get their information straight.

The Verizon app only looks like that if you are on the New Verizon Plan I do believe. If you aren't I think it still looks like the old one.

I hope you're right because I can't even fill up 128 gb and I only picked the 256 because its the same price on the installment plan.

I ordered a 128 matte black, and in less than 20 minutes, and I still get the meaty VZW shaft of disappointment.
Yea I dealt with the same thing on the 6s when I Pre-Ordered the 128 GB, also dealt with it when I Pre-ordered the Apple watch. It sucks, because I seem to always get the phone that's getting delayed. It's still fun watching everyone get their orders shipped. I'm glad to hear that you see some planes coming in soon. You mind sharing where you are getting that info? Thanks
