I can be pissed at Verizon, because I ordered at 3:23am and had a date of 9/23 (which according to these threads probably have been shipped by now), and some incompetent representative cancelled the wrong order (thank GOD I have the chat transcript). I was supposed to have a jump the line form processed by yesterday, and it still hasn't been done. I need to speak to someone who can actually produce results. It has nothing to do with Apple. My husbands JB isn't coming until 10/5, and I'm okay with that because that's the date I got at 3:23am. I'm not okay with some idiot just cancelling the wrong order.
