Awful. I really don't know what's going on with Verizon lately. They screwed me on my order too. I was given a delivery date 4 weeks into the future. I didn't find out until 3 weeks later that my order was frozen. I would not give them another chance to do that again. Found the phone in a store.

They really need to get their stuff together. It's not acceptable to mess things up on their side and allow their customer to suffer the consequences.

I heard about so many "known issues" during my time trying to get a new Verizon phone. They should try fixing some of these. I still can't port out b/c I have a tablet supposedly incoming that would have extended me to a 2 year contract. They can't tell me when it will ship, nor can they cancel it. They want me to take delivery and then make a trip to the local V store for a return. And yeah LOL at their efforts to keep a customer. One rep offered a nice statement credit, but couldn't apply it. She transferred me to another rep who then refused to do it.

Just wait though.. after I'm gone they'll do all kinds of things to get me back. Right..

Edit: I finally found someone with some knowledge at Verizon. They were able to determine that the iPad device would never ship b/c it was marked as unpaid. Of course it's been paid in full for weeks, so she was able to get the rest of my ordered canceled. Unfortunately, I then received an e-mail stating that since I'd never paid for the iPad, no refund was due... Now I'm trying to get that worked through, though I may just wind up disputing the charge through my credit card company. I was initially excited to get a $300 discount on an iPad, but now I think I've invested more of my time than that and I'm not done yet.

Absolutely ridiculous. They've been screwing up billing-related things up for me lately too.

Their practices are turning a lot of people off.
 
I've been watching this thread to get an idea of when I'd be receiving my phone and just got charged tonight, hoping to see shipping info tomorrow. Ordered 10/1, SG 64gb 6s+. Hopefully this helps others that are waiting and you'll start to see something soon.
 
I received my phone yesterday on the expected delivery date. FYI, leaving a note for FedEx with my signature worked. Good luck to others awaiting their phones!

hello hello hello............i ordered iphone 6s+ 128gb SG. shipped. i should receive it tomorrow or Friday.
 
Ok so I made an account so I could chime in about my experience. I ordered the 6S plus 128GB RG on 10/01 with estimated shipping 11/02. I didn't check the order status again until 10/18 and it was processing. I contacted Verizon on chat on 10/19, where they said the charge on my card was attempted on 10/16 and was denied for insufficient funds. Although I had signed a new edge agreement for the phone in my documents AND had a receipt in My Verizon account for the taxes (64$), they were trying to charge me THE ENTIRE RETAIL PRICE for the phone. Nothing on my account indicated that the order was for the full amount and I even have the confirmation email that details the Edge payment agreement & total due now $64. Rep couldn't fix it--- so now instead of having my phone shipped, they gave me no choice but to cancel the order and place a new one. When I tried to reorder online, the taxes came out higher to 78$??!! So I called them (and thankfully talked to someone helpful), placed a new order and received a credit for the $14 difference that couldn't be explained.

The only thing that I can think of is that the website was having issues when I ordered. I paid off my edge agreement right before I ordered so I could upgrade and had to log out and back in for it to reflect an available upgrade on my line.

Reordered on 10/19... est. shipping 11/02... I would have already had my phone by now. Once again another customer made to wait because of an error on their end. The rep I reordered with reassured me that she would do all she could to ensure I wouldn't have to wait much longer, but the order is still pending.
 
Pre-Ordered 9/12. 6s Plus 64GB Space Gray.

Finally got mine...by going into an Apple Store, canceling my pre-order, and purchasing it there.

**** Verizon.

SG iPhone 6+ 64 gb. Ordered 10/12 ... Processed and shipped today... Scheduled delivery Monday.. Far exceeded my expectations.. Wow
 
so the 16gb 6S+ that i just ordered for my mother yesterday on the Verizon site that says it will be here Wednesday might not actually show up then? Or are the 16gb models much more readily available? The guy at the Verizon corp store said they wouldn't have any until January.

I stopped ordering with Verizon a long time ago. Some how, some way they have always made it difficult to cash in on any 'deals' they are offering.
