Here is a thread where we can follow our preorders made on the Verizon website.

There is a similar thread but it also encompasses apple.com orders and gets confusing.

I ordered when I saw the 6s available on Sept 11 at 11:56pm. As I went through to order a 6s plus, space gray 128gb, there was an error on the page after I put in the credit card info. It happened a couple more times before finally completing the order at 11:59pm.


I got the email order confirmation at 11:59pm.

I was stuck ordering from VZW online because my account type (govt/business use the B2B.verizon website).

I never saw the order show up on the verizon enterprise website, but I could see others who ordered after me.

When I called VZW I was told that my delivery date was Oct 7. I asked how that could be because I ordered to early. At first I was told all orders that came through before midnight would be canceled, then they said they saw my order.

I only had the MB order number, but they gave me a numeric preorder number and it shows:

I was assured they had the order and it would be delivered on the 25th.

I was drinking when I ordered on the verizon website and had realized the next morning when reading my confirmation email that I had entered my address wrong. When I called to change it they had to cancel the order. Super pissed. But then they confirmed I'd still be getting it on the 25th. Sweet.

I had a lot of issues with Verizon during my preorder and know that I've already gone into in the other threads. So long story short, I ended up placing the order on the phone and got confirmation at 1:28am.

The confirmation email says "Delivery By" 9/25, whereas when you check the order status it says "Expected Ship Date" 9/25. I'm assuming that means it will be delivered on 9/25? I got my confirmation at 12:02 a.m. PDT on the 12th through Verizon....64gb Space Grey 6s Plus
 
Ordered 2 6s+ 128gb, one rose gold and the other silver about 5 minutes before 2am CST on Verizons site. Did the edge up thing and traded in me and the wifes 5s. If they cancel my order i'll gladly cancel service and go with T-Mobile.

They really said they were going to cancel all orders done before midnight?
 
Preordered at 11:56 and 11:58PDT and got my confirmation for both phones a minute later. It showed that the order was placed on the 12th and not 11th, even though they were both placed on the 11th. I guess because VZW is in eastern time.

2x 128GB Spacd Gray 6s Pluses. Email said delivery on 9/25, pre-order status page reads ship by 9/25. Not worried though, same thing happened last year and I still got my phone on the 19th (launch day).
 
Pre ordered at 1:58 am central time. Opened a 64gb space gray 6s plus. With a delivery date of 9/25.

Cant be. Take a look at the screenshot of my order above. Says order date 9/11
 
I preordered through Verizon Saturday Morning; they offered me $200 trade in on my old iPhone 5-32GB.

I would have ordered through Apple, but they would only give me $90 under the recycle program, so it was no brainer to order through Verizon.

That said, my order shows nothing about my trade in, and when I called, they said I had to file after I receive the 6S, and the trade in offer is good till Oct 15th.

I'm kind of concerned Verizon will screw something up with the trade.

I received the confirmation email at 2:57am but the Verizon confirmation I received directly after ordering had my order date as September 12:

The B2B order status page shows it as being delivered on the 25th but I'm wondering if the pre order status shows different. It took almost 24 hours for it to show up on the orders page.
 
I'm on the east coast and my order was completed just before 330 on the 12th. In one spot it says "delivered by the 25th" and in another it says "shipped by the 25th" so what should I expect? Last time I ordered from them for the 5 it came on the Monday after release

Okay, what?! Is this for real? I ordered my phone and got a confirmation at :56... Should I call and make sure cause that's not fair. It says FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Also there's still an order status number and everything!!
 
I ordered a Space gray 16gb 6s Plus, Rose Gold 16gb 6s Plus and a Space Gray 64gb 6s Plus. Ordered at 3:04am CST and my expected ship date is the 30th :(

As of now, my order still does not appear when I look on the B2B website. I can see guys I work with who ordered theirs hours later though. Aggravating. I wish we had the option to order directly from Apple.
 
Ordered 2x 6s Plus 128gb @ 3:02am EST. if my memory serves me right, the order location plays a part in your ship date. My order location is basically Memphis, TN. So if you location sold out a model quickly, you would have a delayed date. This happened with the IPhone 6 last year and ordering directly from VZW. It was bad last year. Lol.

I'm not sure if you have a business account with Verizon or not, but I have a regular account and I see both of them in the "My Orders" page. Do you think I'm fine? I mean I have confirmation emails and my phones are still registered in my account, my phones also cannot be upgraded since I used them so it shows that the order went through I think.
 
I did not preorder right when it came up. Instead I sent my friend's husband a text a little past 8am est (VW rep) and asked him to preorder a space grey and rose gold in 16gb. He didn't get back to me right away but then called me to say that when I first texted him, they were backordered but then the stock refreshed and he was able to get both with delivery dates of 9/25.
