Carrier Verizon iPhone 12/12 Pro/Max/Mini Pre-Order/Order Status/ Delivery Thread (2020)

I was thinking of preordering the 12 Pro Max through the Apple App and Verizon App to see which system would come up first. The Apple app has seen some issues as well, so I think I’m going to log in the Apple App on my iPhone, Verizon app on my SE 2020 and Apple.com on my laptop at the same time.

That’s what I did this go. Verizon started about 2 mins early. Apple was down when I tried

I definitely seen on the Apple.com thread, that many people had issues where the app didn’t go live when it was supposed to. Many people said the carrier apps/sites went live first. I’m hoping that with this first launch that Apple fix their system before November 6th. Because of the issues I figured that would present themselves, I figured it was best to request the day off.

I hope so because it will be a busy morning for me and I want to be focused on preordering. I do have to keep telling myself that if I don’t receive my phone on launch day hopefully it’ll come the week after and to just continue using my XS Max until then.

Mine as well. I'm guessing everyone flocked to the Apple and carrier sites. 2 days after preorder and I'm still able to get pick up on launch day at Best Buy. Hopefully the date doesn't change.

Hey guys, I’m in a pickle.

I am going to pre order a Blue 12 PRO MAX when they go live.

however;

I have an OLD plan. Talk and text 900 with unlimited data.

I have kept this plan because from what I have been told, it does not call for any throttling. I sometimes reach 80+gig’s a month and my phone never slows down.

will my plan support 5G ?

Ordered two phones and both have tracking information now. One coming FedEx and one coming UPS. That means we have to truly wait around all day because they won't even be on the same truck.
 
I’m going to stick with Apple for my Pro Max even if the site lags a bit come the 6th. I won’t be able to use the app since I’m buying the SIM-free version using the military discount. I’ll get the full trade-in value back on my card once Apple receives my 11 Pro Max.

I just don’t like the way Verizon likes to spread out their credits over 24 months. I’m also in IL, so my taxes get spread out over 24 months too. I’m over all of that.

I’m leaning more towards using the Apple app as well for preorders on the 6th. I was going to trade in my XS Max, but I noticed this little imperfection on my back camera and I doubt Apple will now give me the full value of my XS Max.

I’m not sure how picky Apple is, so I couldn’t say. Right now, my 11 PM still looks brand new.

Will do. UPS MyChoice already has it on the schedule for delivery tomorrow. It shipped early this morning from CA.
 
My 64gb iPhone 12(white) shipped today according to Verizon.

EDIT: Tracking info says Fed Ex delivery by 10/23, 8pm.
 
Mine is officially in transit! UPS showing Friday to no surprise while Verizon says tomorrow lol.
 
UPS also showing tomorrow on the delivery date on the MyChoice email, but Friday when I actually track it. It's just good to know I actually have it on the way.

When I ordered my series 6 watch, I had the same issues others did where the "payment failed" despite actually charging my account, and after talking to four vzw reps they still could not fix it, forcing me to cancel and reorder.
