Carrier Verizon iPhone 12/12 Pro/Max/Mini Pre-Order/Order Status/ Delivery Thread (2020)

Pre-ordered the iphone 12 mini this morning in the Verizon app. Upgrading iPhone 8 on wife's line. Selected to trade in the 8 for 440 to make the iPhone 12 mini $11 a month... got the email after purchasing and the promo said "$100 off an iPhone" instead of the promo that makes it $11 a month

How in the heck did you you finish preorder at that time? I’m in Dallas and the app wouldn’t show preorder until 7:03 am?

You’re awesome! I got in and done @ 7:02 after constant refreshes. The page wasn’t even available for me until that time.
Got my order in and had my email at 6:01am Mountain. It should be delivered by 11/13. I ordered through the app Pro Max Pacific Blue 512G.
I ordered via Verizon mobile using the buy one get one free option. The free phone showed $0 per month in credits. However on my email confirmation it shows a monthly credit of only $13 which means it’s not free (it was a 128gb pro max which was $1100 which was the max credit amount). Any one else have this issue?
Turns out I was worried about the Verizon app for no reason. Pre-order opened for me at 7:57 A.M. here in Atlanta, GA.
i was going to do one order with apple and one with verizon but ended up getting both phones in with Verizon by like 8:03, at which point I noticed the Apple store still had not come online. Actually, the Apple store app didn't open up for me until 8:15 A.M. i truly think way too many people try to logon to Apple and the systems get overwhelmed. Tried to order a clear case from apple and finally was able to get that order complete by like 8:30 A.M.
Ordering with Verizon was extremely smooth- got my confirmation emails within 8 minutes as well for both orders, delivery is Nov 13.

Pre orders normally open 5 minutes early. been that way every year for the past few years
Yes I did bill to my account the taxes and activation charges. I also ordered a watch at the same time to get the $100.00 off. I checked my orders and the watch had a fraud alert I had to call in to get the hold lifted but everything is good now.

The order process was smooth through the app. My only issue is that my current phone was not showing as available to trade-in. I think this was because I had placed an order for a regular 12 Pro. I canceled before the phone shipped, but not before the trade in package shipped. Because I tried to trade in, Verizon is still thinks my phone is coming in. I was able to manually enter my IMEI number and have Verizon accept the trade-in.

it depends on your order if you were early enough it will be there next Thursday or Friday
Okay because when I search the order on verizon website it says "Shipment date: 11/13" I got my order in at like 8:15am
Preorder went smooth for me. Especially since I had to step away from work briefly. Took around 2 minutes and delivery on the 13th!!

Got my order finished at 8am, received email seconds after. Used the Verizon website. Was the easiest it has ever been. I did some test runs before on the Verizon app and ran into weird errors, said I would lose my annual upgrade option, and did not recognize I have an unlimited 5G plan already. Just used the website instead. Also of mention, Both Firefox and Edge would hang up and never finish loading when I clicked on upgrade, had to use Chrome. Luckily, I had tested this all many times before it went live. I also used my $70 devices dollars without issue, and charged to my account the taxes and activation fee so i do not have to worry about it being block by my crads fraud department.

It will never get there before the Friday release date. It will deliver Friday. For Verizon, ship date is synonymous with delivery date.
