Yes I used mine. You had to apply it at checkout. And yes it reduces the payment planDevice Dollars - did anyone get the option to apply them when setting up the 24 month plan? I didn't see the option but might have rushed past. I have $35 in device dollars and about $50 in VZ dollars and didn't see an option to apply either - just to hit my card for the "due now" portion. That's mostly taxes so maybe they won't allow it although in theory I would think they would allow applying the device dollars to reduce the payment plan.

I got the same message - I'm on the Do More which is supposed to be the "full" 5g but it still said I needed to switch. I actually pre-switched from a shared plan in preparation for today. I said "leave it" and kept going. I suspect it may have been confused since I have other lines in the family on the "start" plan. Interestingly the plan screen isn't displaying my main line at all - as though its locked with the processing order.PB 256 Max 7:59am eta 11/13. No issues here other than it trying to upgrade my plan to 5g when I already had it 🤦🏻♂️
