I've been chatting just now with a customer service rep on Twitter who says it is impossible for me to have a tracking number for a product that releases tomorrow...I have been told the phones are sitting in warehouses, all waiting to be delivered tomorrow. That may be true, but I don't understand how they could not have tracking numbers.....
I am rolling the dice and taking off tomorrow. Signature or not, I'm not expecting UPS or FedEx to leave a package with a phantom tracking number.

Got an update from a rep via chat this morning claiming that my “payment” issue most likely delayed my delivery. Absolutely furious. Told the rep that the payment was fixed on 11/6. Had no answer for me other than they created a ticket internally for this to be taken care of. Going to get someone on the phone in a bit. Was told all week that everything was fine on their end even though it’s not visible via my own account page and still says on “hold”. I’m in SoCal and my Phone has traveled from Linwood to Memphis overnight.My 256 is also sitting in Linwood PA right now, and has a delivery date of the 13th to California. I haven’t seen movement in days so idk how the hell they are possibly going to get my phone across the country in time but we shall see.

how do you know that?Hi, I can confirm that all VZW package's that are coming via UPS and are still showing up in Fresno , are actually in KY, they will be shipped to local UPS facilities tonight, for tomorrow delivery's

We're not getting them. No tracking number, no fulfilled order. That's what I was informed. I have until November 14th to supply correct payment info (which I already have, as they confirmed they have my payment) and after that time I can cancel and order again. Because there is no support on Sunday's, I am guessing the earliest I could order would be Monday the 16th. At this point, I think I'm just going to hold onto my XS Max for another year. It's nice not paying the $45 a month for the phone and really, other than the upgraded camera, slightly bigger screen and probably slightly better processor, what am I missing?This is my fear as well.
