We're not getting them. No tracking number, no fulfilled order. That's what I was informed. I have until November 14th to supply correct payment info (which I already have, as they confirmed they have my payment) and after that time I can cancel and order again. Because there is no support on Sunday's, I am guessing the earliest I could order would be Monday the 16th. At this point, I think I'm just going to hold onto my XS Max for another year. It's nice not paying the $45 a month for the phone and really, other than the upgraded camera, slightly bigger screen and probably slightly better processor, what am I missing?
Why can't you just get them to cancel and re-order it for you and submit a request to "jump the line"?

Their systems are unable to cancel it because it is a pre-order and there is a balance due on it. They give people a week to resubmit payment before the item is removed from his or her cart and placed back in stock for someone else to order. I'm not saying it is right or even true, but this is what I was told. I did try to cancel it on Saturday when I first had to payment "glitch" and it wouldn't let me and the Verizon rep could not cancel it either, so I at least tried.
Furthermore, I am tired of calling this company and dealing with their people. It is frustrating, disappointing and above all exhausting. It's not worth it. I am going to enjoy my day off tomorrow and relax, go to the shooting range, have a couple of beers and catch up on some TV shows.

I agree. I have no idea how Rory was able to put up with all this ******** last year for over 100 hours!
 
Can confirm that UPS Fresno orders were in KY and now have departed from there. Not long now!

Same here. I chatted with one clueless Verizon person and then got someone who cancelled my original order ( it was wrong and payment info was needed or something). Then I reordered still on 11/06 and now my phone is coming tomorrow via FedEx.

I want you to enjoy your new iPhone as soon as possible." She was kind enough to void my upgrade fee and give me a $150 bill credit. Entire thing took less than 5 minutes!
How do y’all track it on ups or fedex without a tracking number? I’m sending it to an address not in my account so I didn’t get the delivery notification.

Okay, so as soon as I sent that post I got an order update from verizon saying my phone shipped. The order details shows that the phone was shipped the 7th but the tracking number is ZEROPICK which doesn’t actually allow me to track it. Called Verizon and they said that my delivery estimate is now the 27th. Wtf. And they don’t have a tracking number because it hasn’t actually been shipped. Makes no sense.

Odd. They clearly do not understand how shipping works, as soon as a label has been created the package has a tracking number. Wow!
