Trading in an 11 pro on my 9/20 order (shows delivery by 10/1). Does the trade in packaging come with the new phone or in a separate shipment? Thanks...
 
If anyone isn't seeing tracking info in the Verizon app when you click on Track Shipment, just Page Not Found, mine said that the whole time and still says that a day after delivery. I had to copy the tracking number and track it through the FedEx website directly which worked fine.
 
I’m in chat with Verizon now to confirm everything but UPS my choice shows Verizon printed the shipping label today and the gold iPhone 13 Pro Max we ordered for delivery on Oct 1st will now be here Monday.

Just received a text telling me my 10/1 order was “received” today and I will be updated when it ships.

Just checked my cc and I now have a pending charge.
 
Has anyone that received their 13/13pro/13promax gotten UWB to work?

I have a 5G sim and I'm getting nothing but regular nationwide 5G with my 13 pro. UWB works fine when I use my 12 pro max.

I checked the website, it still says "Your order is on hold until you take action."

Payment information
Purchase amount $0.00.

My previous order's purchase amount was shown while "on hold" at $1,767.96.

I haven't had a new pending charge placed on my American Express. I can still see both previous orders pending charges.

The Order Status page (while logged out) says "We do not have a record of order number 0000000." Which is odd because I checked an hour before I received the text and it said the order was "pending" as usual.

The automated phone system said I had two (there should be three, two cancelled and one that was placed yesterday) "pending" orders on my account... and "your order placed on September 17 was cancelled." The automated phone system seems to only be able to handle pulling information for one ("pending") order per line. In this case, the status of my cancelled original iPhone 13 Pro Max order.

The chat system can't seem to locate it either.

I'll see what "Management" says on Monday.

Interesting. Did you order through verizon.com? In my shipping notice email, it says a SIM card was shipped to me with the phone so I think a physical SIM (pSIM) will be included. I read elsewhere that iPhones ordered from Apple do not include pSIM.
That is interesting… I originally ordered 4 phones from Verizon, but mine specifically wasn’t coming until 10/1, so I cancelled it and bought a walk-in at Apple Store on launch day. So mine has no SIM, but now I’m wondering if the rest of my family has physical SIM cards in theirs 🤔
