Anyone else notice their signal bars are significantly worse on the 13 than the 12? Both the 12 users in my house have 4 full bars while my 13 has 1 or 2 at most.

Does anyone know if you still get the $500 gift card with an eligible trade in and plan, if you don’t owe anything with the other carrier in terms of phone payments or termination fees?

Anyone get their trade-in box and info for their existing phone as part of the iPhone 13 trade in program? In the past I would get the box and info a few days before I received my new iPhone from Verizon. I did get my new iPhone 13 this Friday but to date nothing regarding the trade in. Anyone else?
 
When I log into the Verizon site - the only order I see is the stuff I ordered at the Verizon store when I did the phone order. If I log out and then do a status check and enter order number location, etc. it does show my phone order. Still showing processing but I have a couple of weeks until it is due to ship. Frustrating that I can't get order info when logged in. System ain't great

Will do. My payment also went through and I used the chat in the Verizon app to confirm all is set - they said the package will be shipped within 24 hours. Which is why I find it odd I haven’t received a notifcation for a shipping label at least. I’ll let you know when I get an update!
 
I’m planning to place an order with Verizon for a 13P before the shipping date slips any further - if I get lucky and find one in stock at an Apple store, will I be able to cancel the Verizon order and take the Apple store deal instead?

I know it’s really wired cause usually ships right after they take the payment it says it’s gonna ship today so hopefully soon

I don't see why not. I had two ipad orders sitting on my account and bought one in store without getting the others.

Anyone do their trade-ins in-store? I’ve done it in the past but not sure if you still can. Or do you have to ship them?

And for the shipping… I have 3 trade-ins, but I have no idea which labels go to which phones. Does it matter? Should I write or include anything?
 
Mine showed up on UPS my choice Saturday. Chat confirmed it shipped too and my account reflects that.

However as of today, no progress. Shows that the shipping label has only been created. Yet it’s supposed to be delivered today.

I don’t think it’s going to happen today.

Mine is in the same situation. Changed to 'shipped' over the weekend, but UPS still only shows 'Label Created'. Not unhappy, though, am on the road and won't get to the shipping destination until Saturday. Will have to give them a call and warn them something is arriving before I do, and to hold it for me... Might use UPS to just have them hold it at a UPS facility until I can pick it up myself... Depends on when it actually ships and it's arrival date...

EDIT: Just changed to 'shipped, delivery by Wednesday 7pm' in UPS.

I ordered a 13 PM late Sunday night and did the $800 trade-in deal using an iPhone X. Would it be a big deal to ‘downgrade’ from a 13 PM to a 13 Pro while keeping the bill credit? I’m already thinking I made a poor decision by getting the larger device.
