Verizon iPhone 5 Preorder Status Thread

same location, NYC, 1 phone ordered on friday at 6:30am Pacific time. Currently only have pending charge of $1 on cc, but was told that everything is good to go. Just waiting for shipping tracking email. Hopefully this will all change tomorrow and get the full charge on cc for delivery on the 21st.
As Tom Petty said, the waiting is the hardest part!
Seriously, if I didn't have to go to a job, I'd probably just see if I could get continously drunk between now and Friday.

And forgot to mention the internet sales rep said that tracking numbers can go out as late as the 20th with an overnight delivery for the 21st. Patience is a virtue......can't begin to say how much I hate that phrase lol.

Not that u would know its an iPhone, all VZW packages look the same...looks like with all the SO commits on the package at Memphis, they must be printed with a 9/21 date on them, but the, scanning it now makes the system say the commit it tmrw...just a theory.
slightly off topic but at least Verizon is pushing their cases & accessories out before the iphone 5...just got my otterbox defender..
Since I won't have my iPhone 5 for a few days it's good to know how it'll feel in my hands.
Actually feels like an otterbox commuter but more sturdy. No rubber grip back which is good as well. it'll hold up well until I get the life proof case.

Actually - I called FedEx - I just said that the shipping address I got from Verizon was incomplete and needed to add to it. They said they did not have an address in their system yet and to call back after 4 p.m.
I believe only the shipper can change the shipping address to some other address, but the receiver can call to have the address amended if it's just missing info (like an apt number).
I have the same as you and live in North Texas. Picked up in Memphis for a delivery 9/19.
All have the "future date requested", but some have the 21st while others, like me, have tomorrow. I am hoping that Fedex staggared some due to the large amount of shipments.

Ordered from Wisc at 2:00 cst on the 14th. Had to ok the credit card purchase with the fraud department. Have 2 black 32 gigs shipping today from Memphis with delivery scheduled for the 21st. How many times can you refresh the fedex site before they cut you off

I'll probably do that. I'm assuming all mine are going to be under the same tracking number (hopefully). Does FedEx post the weight of packages in their tracking info like UPS does? I could use that to determine if my current tracking info is for all 3 phones or just 1.
Anybody else have location code N211401? I ordered 2.15am Chicago time, got confirmation email at 2.47am, and just got pending charge late last night on my credit card. I have not seen any update since then..

earlier you said that they were allowed to do it in certain areas, now you are saying they could be accidentally released..
I was starting to worry for the Black 64GB model as it seems to be the one that has been stuck in "sent for processing" for the longest time, BUT I literally JUST got shipping confirmation a few seconds ago.
Ordered on the 14th a few minutes before midnight PST, got order confirmation e-mail at 12:31 PST. Changed to sent for processing yesterday in the evening, with credit card charges as well, after proactively calling in to credit card company to authorize/not block any big charges from verizon. Fraud dept made a call to me this morning to verify charges (despite my calling in yesterday).
Order is coming out of the W779001 warehouse (which I assume to be Los Angeles or some place in Southern California), shipping via FEDEX.

Where were all of you Fedex employyes 80+ pages ago?
Mine fluctuates between 10/5, 9/21, blank or "not available."
My card has been charged and Internet Order support for VZW said that everything on track for 9/21 delivery.
I can't find a weight anywhere. It doesn't even have my destination address which is weird. Maybe when it updates in a while it will show more.
Edit: It is just incomplete. When I click on the help it says it is figured in kg. So maybe when it updates it will tell me more.
Edit again: I just realized the white iPhones have a different tracking number than the black ones. They are similar but different at the end. In all my excitement I didn't pay attention to that well.
