Obviously asking if an otter box is bulky is like asking does a zebra have stripes.. BUT I got an otterbox for the 4s and it was way too bulky.. does the otterbox for the 5 seem thinner at least?

I ordered 3 phones but I've only received tracking info for 1 (which I got this morning at 3:11am EST). Everyone else who ordered multiple phones has said they received separate emails at the same time for each phone. Should I call Verizon and ask them or should I wait longer?

Verizon now has my ship date set for 9/20, but I'm assuming that's now the actual ship date and not the delivery date, because FedEx has me listed for 9/21.
