Yesterday AM, I checked the status and it said 10/5 as the ship date. I lost my s***. I realize I shouldn't have, its just a phone, but I've been looking forward to it for a while. So I called VZW customer service who said that they would escalate it and get it sent out on time.
Starting around noon, the ship date just disappeared from the website, so I'm hoping it was taken care of, but calling VZW customer service just gets me transferred to internet sales now who give me a canned answer of "tracking # is not available yet, one will be emailed to you when it is." but they also say the order is showing as complete.
I wouldn't worry about it. I'm in the same situation as you're in.
From other people who've already gotten their tracking numbers who've gone through the same situation as us, this seems like the progression of events. 9/21 -> 10/5 when fraud flagged -> blank date when sent to warehouse. They received their tracking numbers anywhere from immediately to 20 hours later after their orders were charged.
