My 16gb black iphone 5 that I ordered on the 16th still has no change in status or anything.. But all these guys ordering on the 26th and stuff can get theres? Makes no sense why verizon won't find a way to ship out our phones. We ordered 10 days before them?

I'm so glad I got the 32. But I feel bad for you 16 people. I don't know how they couldn't foresee this high demand. Hope you all get yours by Friday like promised.
Ordered 16GB white on the 30th. Couldn't preorder on day 1 because of my wedding being on the 22nd and I would not have been home to catch the FedEx guy...crappy timing, right? 😛

Anyone have any experience with Enterprise Center or the Verizon Business side of things? I placed an equipment upgrade order on 9/24 for a 64GB Black, and my status says "PRE" ... I just sent a note to my account team to see if they can get an update for me.
I figured with all the higher capacity phones shipping, this one would go pretty fast.

hope they overnight them to you guys rather than the 2 day shipping crap they're pulling. Luckily mine shipped from very close to my house, so my two day shipping turned into one day, its on the delivery truck now.

I really just think the 32 & 64 are more in stock and they're shipping faster than the 16.
i'm already a verizon customer, i ordered 9/22 and will get my 32 today.

I have a feeling the black were higher demand and I haven't seen anyone from a 9/16 order report a shipped black 16gb yet...
I did not have to speak with anyone. The automated system instructed me. If you don't already have a phone you still have to call and be able to access wifi (or iTunes) to complete activation. Sounds more difficult than it really is.
I ordered 9/25 still no dialogue lol. When did you receive your tracking#?
I am so happy I get to wait 24 more days until the estimated ship date: 10/26! I absolutely enjoy waiting, because it is my favorite pastime, and what do you know, time truly flies, especially when you're really looking forward to something. 🙄

Well, finally a little change on my order status. On my orders page in the my biz portal order changed from awaiting inventory to COMPLETED. No tracking info or confirmation email yet but things are looking up!!
Finally I have a Verizon charge for my 16gb black i5 and order status has changed no tracking number yet yayyyyyyyy ordered 16th sept
I think I'm in the same boat as a lot of people here...waiting for a Black 16gb.

I'm not in a huge hurry for it, but it would be nice to get an update or something at least once. Hopefully some of you guys are right and we'll see some movement in the next couple of days. That's what mine was doing I called and they said for me at least it was just a glitch in the system but I got my tracking number and real update eventually
