Verizon automated system is weird and I think it is a glitch or something. I talked to a rep and they said that she still showed a 10/26 ship date and couldn't find anything else (very unhelpful). But she did say that the order had been paid for last night. So I think I gave the retailer my money. Then they (the retailer) was charged yesterday for the phone. So I think I should see something soon. I then talked to the lady at the store that I placed the order and she said she said it's being processed.
Was just really confused when the automated system shows my phone as shipped...then when I requested tracking info it says it was received and activated<<<Sounds like that is a glitch maybe. We will see. Sounds like it should be here soon.
It's aggravating me. No email, Verizon store and corporate are no help whatsoever.... they are just reading bull off their screen. One lady was able to dig deep into information and see that a card was charged yesterday and that it shipped yesterday but now I have had 6 more reps tell me it hasn't.... so now I don't know what to believe. The automated phone system says that it has been shipped and I have received and activated it and lastly my store where I ordered it from is absolutely no help whatsoever.
I don't know what to do. Period. never doing this again, ever, never, ever.
Yesterday my phone status changed from "We have received your order" to "Your order has been sent for processing" and my delivery date has dissapeared. Also, when I go to track it now it says "Technical difficulties" on the verizon order tracking page so great, awesome. My order probably got deleted...sweet. heh.
Well, anyone else in the same predicament? I ordered through a verizon retailer on 10/2 and I got a 32g black for verizon obviously. so yeah I bet I won't get it. I better just sit back and wait until november.

Everyone keeps telling me "They don't know" which is unbelievable to me because it is their systems! Ehhh, anyways. I hope everyone else is lucky enough to get theirs. SAME FOR ME! YES! It was paid for by the retailer I bought it from yesterday and the automated system says mine has been shipped and receieved and activated..... when I try for the shipping number. Also, when I called verizon they said that it will ship the 26th..... so I'm confused.
I ordered through a premium retailer so hoping that it comes in really really soon. I am nervous because they are all saying that it hasn't shipped but ugh I have no clue.

Haha our situations are dead identical. I found all this out earlier today as well. The lady said it was paid for yesterday. I believe the retailer took my money and kept it then they got charged for it yesterday.
All this adds up to it likely being shipped just the systems haven't updated fully. You keep an eye on yours and I'll keep an eye on mind. Sounds like our phones may be in the same exact box haha.
Don't let it bother you...I think the phones should be on our way. I'm feeling very confident in that.
Yeah I am. I just got off the phone with a lady that said it shipped yesterday most likely because it shows shipped and that there was a order update yesterday so who knows. Maybe I'll get lucky. Then again, I know my luck. The verizon retailer I ordered from is an absolute cook who I will never be ordering from again. Ugh.

My card was just charged and my order status has now changed to my order number and a place for a tracking number...now wonder how long it will take me to get my actual tracking number!

I ordered on the 2nd and it just got charged today the 11th, so that's 9 days total!
