Received iPhone today. 
Shipped 10/26. Ordered 10/3. 16gb black.

I'd say Thursday or Friday. Either way it should arrive before the weekend. Nothing worse than knowing your gadget is in transit to you but have the extra tease of a weekend delay.

Nothing has been showing up on my FedEx tracking page about the shipment being delayed again by Sandy, so... I'm guessing it means that they've shipped it out and they just haven't updated the page yet. At least, that's what I'm hopeful for. Guessing it'll be here friday. I'm getting impatient!
Anything yet? The timeline for mine was yesterday around lunchtime, status changes from 'order being processed' to a grid with shipping info, but no tracking number. Credit card got charged about the same time. Today I got the email from Verizon at about 11:45 saying the phone has been shipped and my Fedex tracking number.
I know it's only going be 3 weeks between order date and delivery date but it's felt like forever!
Mine (10/26 ship by date) has been sitting in the Philadelphia area since Sunday...FedEx has no idea when it will be moving towards me in Boston. Oh well, been waiting almost a month, what's another few days.

Nope nothing yet, I know it feels like its been taking forever!!! I keep checking my mobile banking app and nothing and keep checking Verizon order status sites and nothing... Lol

I heard that if you use the reference option and type in your cell phone number then it should show up with something, but I've tried and nothing happened, plus I'm not sure how you're suppose to type in your number like with an area code or - or not

I looked and today the 31st people who order still are getting the nov16th ship date.. does it work first come first served.. or they just bunch them and ramdomly send out and you can get bumped? I am moving my numbers fro t-mobile.. due to the fact that no service in Intl Falls, MN and decided to leave behind my long time devotion to Blackberry..

Ordered 16GB White iPhone 5 on 10/5. Expected ship date 10/26. Verizon charged my card on 10/28, and then pushed my date back to 11/16. Not sure what's going on at the moment.

I received an e-mail from Verizon on the 29th with my tracking info. Fedex's website says there will probably be delays on the east coast due to Sandy. Hope this helps and good luck to everyone!

My card was charged last night or this morning. The status changed to "Your order has been sent for processing." I keep tracking my order. It shows up with blank tracking number and the status said "Your order will ship by 11/2." Does this mean I will get my iPhone on 11/2?

... I ordered a black 16gb the exact same day and no charge or anything
Ship by 11/2 means it will leave the facility at 11/2 so probably not get it on 11/2 unless something changes
I just got the email with shipping info. I got the tracking number. I tracked my order. It said it has been shipped from Memphis, TN. The delivery date is 11/2 by 7pm. I am so happy!
