My total monthly bill was also way off (and I can't figure out why), but I'll sort that out with billing after these phones get delivered...
I too have an incorrect total. I ordered thru Verizon, logged into my account and told it to add another line. It shows my monthly total as if I only have the new iPhone on family share. I figured once it ships I will call Verizon to correct.
Ordered min a couple of minutes before 3am EDT. Showing a delivery date of 9/21.
Paid full price for a black 32GB, so I was able to keep my unlimited data and my old Alltel plan.
AmEx was hit for a $1.00 preauthorization charge, so that means I typed all of the numbers correctly
Now the wait begins.........
pre-ordered right through AT&T, took 2 seconds. i cant believe i just re-married to that company for 2 more years ARGH
Ordered mine just now. Lost my unlimited data plan but I don't use more than 2 gigs. Always on wifi. Furious that Verizon charged me a $30 upgrade fee. No way around it is there?

CDMA carriers have always charged an Activation Fee..
i understand no one wants to pay an upgrade fee, but why are so many people surprised?? much less upset

I woke up at 255am. Hit apple store from ipad. No good. Refreshed 86 times....no go. Got on ATT, started order..Then it said it needed more info and would not let me proceed. WHAT INFO!! I'm yelling at 3am. By this time it's 3:25 or better. Getting mad! Reach over and grab laptop. Open IE, Apple store opens..lets me get to existing customer. Click continue and it does nothing. Open Firefox, Apple store, grab phone, wont let me change shipping address. Hell with it, i'll stay home that day. Pay, done. Ship on 21st. Back to bed.
Anyone else notice Verizon.com didn't show an activation fee? I was ordering through Apple an saw it. Went to Verizon went all they way through and it never mentioned it....
It's the only reason I didn't go through apple lol.
