If you ordered BEFORE.... You'll get it by.....


If you ordered BEFORE 9am.... You'll get it by... September 21st....

If you ordered BEFORE 1PM.... You'll get it by... September 26th....

If you ordered AFTER 1PM.... You'll get it by... September 28th.....

They typically close their books at a certain hour, but ultimately it all depends on what time the rep, or you put your order in the system.

I was pissed because I got a text saying by October 5th with no shipping or tracking confirmation, and my card hadnt been charged.. so I called them & was given this schedule. Hopefully this helps some people out because it helped me.

I got a $20 credit [so far I'm at $40 verizon credit because I've called them everytime something has come up]. So if you cooperate, and show a screw up on their part.. they WILL credit you. if not, hang up, explain to another rep.

Shipped! Almost...

So I ordered 5 phones. 3 black 16GBs, a white 16GB, and a 32GB black. I got 5 emails within a half hour this morning. 4 of them said "Your Verizon Wireless order has shipped!" and the 5th says "Your Verizon Wireless order is being processed".

The 3 black 16GBs all have the same tracking number while the other two have different numbers. Strangely, the 32GB is the one that still says processing, even though they gave me a tracking number. The tracking numbers for all 4 other phones are active whereas the 32GB tracking number is not.

Confused!!

Debit card was charged yesterday and received tracking #. Status on the VZW pre-order page says expected ship date 9/20!!! Maybe an early arrival!!!

Says Sept 21st delivery by 3:00 PM CST.

Chicago here as well, still nothing, I got that same email about my card being declined that some here have. Ordered at 1:59 AM friday. Called Verizon and they charged my card successfully this morning but nothing yet. Crossing my fingers.

Okay so I ordered my iPhone 5 around 4 PM on Friday. All I got was an email saying its processing. THe ship date is on September 28th, my question is, am I supposed to wait for another email or what?
