Im not sure that is true. I ordered mine at 10:30 and my arrival date on confirmation email says 9/21. I think a lot of others say that as well. Verizon will be in for a world of hurt if they put the wrong arrival date on 100's of thousands of peoples emails.

Thing that pisses me off is, dropping $460.xx on their flagship model, and all these cheap ass 16/32gig versions are getting the most activity...


Edit: also to add, I see my receipt for the charge and the address on top says Warren, NJ. Wonder. If that's the location for W779401?

Hi I'm from El Paso. I have the same location code. I bought 2 16gb White 5 iPhones. I got my confirmation email at 140am est on 15th. Had to try several times. I got charged yesterday at 5 mountain & my order still has had no activity other than its still processing. Last year I ordered the 4s and same thing. It was at my door bright and early on the launch day. Hope it's the same this year.

Still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Called CS to make sure there was nothing wrong with my CC info, and she said everything is completed but the iPhone is not scheduled to ship out until tomorrow and will ship overnight. Location WW79301

Did anyone just get charged this morning? I was in the first wave of pre-orders (I was actually done before 2AM CST on Friday), but my card was declined for some reason last night and I called this morning and fixed it. So I haven't gotten anything yet, anyone else on the same boat?

this was eastern time for me... so it may be in your time zone, just calculate the hours.

But I agree about them putting wrong arrival date. what the other rep was doing was blaming apple, saying due to high demans, apple may or may not change it.

it's their fault for even giving a delivery date.. espeically without tracking. cart before the horse.
