I've been reading alot of post about signatures being required for delivery. My tracking info states INDIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Sorry if it's been discussed already, but doesn't that mean we can leave a note for them?

I think it means whoever answers the door at the residence and is over 18 can sign for it. Direct signature would mean only the person it was sent to could sign for it I think.
 
Anyone know what we do if you aren't going to be home when FedEx comes? :-( I wanted to divert it to my local FedEx but now I hear you can't do that....
 
Just got off the phone with Chase, nothing was flagged or charged (don't know if that's a good or bad thing), they put a note on the account for the charge if need be, they said if anything was flagged they will call me automatically. Anyways, do I need to call Verizon now to verify or do I just need to sit down, do some work and be patient lol?

They have to make one attempt to deliver first, then they can/will hold it for pickup, if you're lucky you can likely get it the same day, if not you may have to wait til Monday.
 
Got shipment notification emails from verizon, Fedex tracking says overnight, I'm in the Dayton, OH area.

Also I ordered 4 Black 16GB, and received 4 shipment status emails, but they are all on the same tracking number.

Are all 4 of yours on the same order #/account? I ordered 3 on my account but only received one shipment email so I'm hoping all 3 phones are under that one tracking number. I have the same location code as you since I'm in the greater Columbus area.

i'm thinking because it's Denver they have to ship a little earlier than you Eastern folks that ordered earlier with lower order# than me.

DO NOT WORRY, your card will be charged when Fedex scan it and is considered shipping in progress.

Fedex does say Indirect Signature, and side note says you can leave a Door Tag authorizing release of package without people there.
 
Order location W779401 here. (New Mexico) Ordered 2 64 GB black.. Placed order around 2am mountain time. Order is still showing As sent for processing, but they did charge my cc about an hour ago
 
Another Texan with shipping emails here. There is no info on the FedEx site for either one of mine, though. Hopefully they update it soon.
 
I'm 48xxx. Nothing yet. My card was just charged this morning after calling, it was declined yesterday for some reason. Just waiting now...
 
I'm in Virginia Beach, ordered at 7:05 am, location code D772001, Ace Order #: 68***. Have not seen any card charge, tracking info. yet.

I'm in Maryland, location code D772001, Ace Order # 63***, my order went through at 3:16am EST. I have not received an email confirmation, no charge on credit card, no tracking, no movement from original "We received your order and it is in process" My ship date says 9/26, but the reps at internet orders say it should arrive 9/21.

Huh. Weird. When I check my order status on Verizon's site, I have 3 "+" things to expand the details (I'm assuming one for each phone), but only one of them shows me a tracking number with a ship date of the 17th, while the other two are still blank with expected ship date of 21st. My card was charged the full amount for all 3 phones though.

Edit: I guess I'll wait for my tracking info to have more details like the weight of the package. That'll determine whether it's all 3 phones, or just 1.
