* I preordered mine the minute it went on sale. Received my receipt 30 minutes later with delivery of 9/21.
* Received a fraud alert email from AMEX last night and called immediately to tell them to let the charge go thru, which they said they did, however looking at my order status showed a new ship date of 10/5.
* I call VZW last night to see what's going on and they were less than helpful. Basically told me that "we sold out so fast that we have to wait for more shipment to come in." I tell him that he's got to be wrong b/c I ordered at 3am EST and I had coworkers that ordered at 7am and they are still getting theirs on 9/21
* Reading this forum, I call the Internet Sales dept. and they are immensely helpful. Said that they see the charge on my card and that everything is still set to go for 9/21 delivery. That said, I'm still seeing 10/5 sometimes when I go to the order status website, but more often than not I see "not available" or an empty data field.
* I received this email, which looks a lot different from what others have shared, but gives me hope that I'm okay (well, that and the fact my AMEX was charged last night.)
