Must every thread involving Verizon or AT&T become a carrier war? Let's toss in some PS3 vs Xbox while we are at it. I'm sure someone will win in the end, right?
I love how I am criticized for being a Verizon fanboy. Apparently having an overall great experience on both Verizon and AT&T makes me biased toward Vz? If I sound like I am defending Verizon well the whole point of the thread is to show that some of the things people say about them are wrong.

Never heard one person in Philly complain about AT&T.

I have heard Verizon and AT&T customers complain on other areas.

Most people care about coverage in their area, period.

If you had AT&T only because of the iPhone and AT&T doesn't provide good coverage in your area then you are a dumb consumer.

I bet more people than you think have and have kept at&t only because they didn't want to get rid of their iphone.

Thanks OP for the detailed list of the Verizon iPhone. I currently have the Droid X that I got at launch and will most likely will stay up (wake up) to get the iPhone.

The Droid X has served me well since launch but recently have been getting increase number of random reboots during critical times when I need the phone. I've never needed both data and voice at the same time. I don't need Pandora playing in the background while I'm on the phone or needed to check Yelp for reviews while talking to a friend. I have 3 out of 5 lines that are eligible to upgrade tonight and will take advantage of 2. If I don't like it, I will either return it or sell it and make a good profit. Plus my Droid X will get me at least $250 selling it online.

I have considered waiting till June for potential iPhone 5 but that means I'll miss out on iPhone 6 in 2012. I figured I'll get the iPhone 4 now and upgrade to iPhone 6 in 2012.
