Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

I was able to preorder my iPhone4 on 2.3.11 around 5:45am -

Order Location: N2115-01
Order Number : 11272

As you can see my order number was extremely high, but I received an email from VZW saying my order had been shipped 2.4.11 along with my tracking number. I live in Ohio, but it seems as though my order is STILL in Memphis, TN. It says "in transit" and estimated delivery date 2.7.11. by 3PM at the top but at the bottom my status hasn't changed.

Agreed...I live in Florida, it's 83 degrees now, no ice! ...Monday was the plan all along
 
My iPhone is on the move. At 3:35 PM it departed the FedEx facility in MEM for Parts Unknown.....Pending AMEX charge is now the real thing.....Progress!

Don't fret, guys. Mine's still in Memphis, too. It's on schedule for delivery, and all of ours will be here Monday. You'll be stressed out enough come Monday when you're watching out the window all day for the delivery truck; why not enjoy your weekend knowing you're only getting closer and closer to your new iPhone? :cool:
 
Glad I'm not the only one. And good thing I'll be in school Monday morning or else I would be DIE if I had to just wait for around for it.

Mine has not left memphis for two days either. I think Fedex just sits on it until the day before delivery. (or doesn't update the system) I've seen UPS sit on packages for days until just a day before expected delivery date too. Makes no sense to me, but I am not a procrastinator.:rolleyes: As long as it indeed arrives on Monday, I will be very happy:D

Glad someone's is on the move. Mine is showing picked up at 6:00a.m. on the 4th and hasn't moved and isn't showing in transit - just picked up. Why did I have a feeling mine is hiding in a corner of a warehouse and won't be here Monday. Just my luck!

I am in the exact same scenario:rolleyes: Sure wish it would move to ease my mind

Mine is also stuck in Memphis since 6am yesterday. Really odd thing though. Until a today, the weight was 1lbs. I just checked and now it says 2lbs. And yes, I have only one phone coming.

Weird!?! I think so.
 
I see everyone talking about the anxiety of sitting and waiting for the UPS/FEDEX truck Monday... well... I have to wait until Monday night to play with mine... my husband made me promise not to drive home during work to pick it up so I am stuck waiting til I get home. AHHH!

waiting........patiently??!!

Everyone seems to be watching theirs in transit, must be nice...still haven't received an email from Verizon saying mine has even shipped!! Charged my card but still no email...

ugh!

enough already just send me a dang tracking number so I can just sit back and wait patiently....or just obsessively hit the refresh button on the fedex/ups page...

Call *611 wait and push #4 and ask the automated system! It should let you know what is going on.

no can do....i cancelled one order and then reordered...so the info that the 611 pulls up says my reference order ending in 0000 has been cancelled. Both orders ended in 0000

i called a rep yest and know the order is fine as she checked and my cc has been billed and my upgrade page is grayed out.....

just want my tracking info....

hmm, what about the other trick that people had luck with? Something about entering their location number or some other number on the ups and fedex site. I will look at back posts for the exact info.
 
over 24 hours since my verizon "order status" page went down. I know that means the shipping info is in the works....but I want my tracking info before i go to bed later tonight....
 
I just checked my friend's iPhone status order for him (through FedEx) and his order says "Feb 5, 2011 4:18 PM Departed FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN" . We live in the same area so I'm sure everyone whose phone is in Memphis is being departed also..
 
The trick is in 2723 post
trick were u use the location code and order number on fedex page.

I hope this helps you at least get more information
 
Is anyone's order still showing as "Processing" through Verizon's order status?

That was the last status of mine as of this morning, but now it appears that their system is down?

same here, page went down for me about 9pm last night, hopefully shipping info soon

nothing to be alarmed by...part of the process....you'll get your tracking info in about 24-36 hours...
mine has been down for 24 hours so far and no tracking info yet....but this is the normal experience from others that went through it yesterday....

for those that ordered the phone later in the day we are dealing with the same issue today...

i still think we'll get our phone on monday...but tuesday at the latest.
