Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

if you go to your local verizon store, assuming you have one, they have a decent selection of cases on display or you can ask for them and they'll bring them out.
Most of the major companies like incase, speck etc have already announced they are redesigning their cases to be universal and will have them available by launch day. Apple will likely have their stores do a black curtain Wednesday night with new windows and signs the new cases etc. Although I might rather try ordering online or wait an extra week cause the stores could be a nightmare
Even though I read all this about the nay for picking up early, I wonder if I could pick up Monday from my FedEx store, as I legitimately am leaving Monday for a week and my phone is on it's very, very last legs.
I've just left West Chester PA at 2AM this morning on the way to Richmond, VA according to FedEx.
Anyone had any luck getting arrangements to pickup Sunday / Monday at the facility for people leaving on trips?

Silly question, but: my phone is scheduled to arrive on Monday. According to UPS, it's scheduled to arrive "3:00 P.M. (by end of day for residential deliveries)." Since it's being delivered to my house, should I go with the "by end of day for residential?" or "by 3pm"? Cause if it's going to arrive by 3pm, I can be there to get it, if not, I need to conscript someone else, as UPS comes around to my neighborhood around 6/7pm usually.
Most of the time the UPS guy in my neck of the woods comes between 1 and 3 pm. My iPhone is coming FedEx and I have had them deliver after 6PM once with a Directv receiver replacement.
well...when you go to apple.com, they have a link that shows cases that fit ATT's iPhone, and ALSO Verizon's, so that whats you can do. Your welcome!
Order status page & case discount
The order status page normally goes down while they work on generating your tracking number not too long after. I was order number 180 and it was almost 48 hours until I got mine. Once order status page comes back up normally you get a shipping confirmation email not too long after with your tracking number.
VZW site had cases 30% off yesterday. case30 was discount code- not sure if it still works. I got the incase for $20 after my $9 discount

As I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my phone (will be here Monday, I was part of the West Chester group, my order was 840), I started to think of a question that maybe someone will be able to answer:
How is Verizon going to deal with iTunes billing? If I purchase something from iTunes using my phone, will it be directly billed to my iTunes account or will my Verizon bill be billed?
I ask this because I know Verizon has their own app store, and I was always curious how they will deal with their marriage to a company that has their own, too.
Any responses are greatly appreciated!

Your credit card was charged, it's probably still pending on their side. I used a Discover card and it hasn't showed up on my end yet, but I called and the woman said it is still pending and usually takes 3-5 business to days to go through.
It should most definitely be billed to the iTunes account. Unless there are Verizon specific apps.. I'd like to think that won't be the case, though.

She tells me that it is here in Colorado Springs but that the UPS center is closed today so Monday at 10am MST is the earliest I can pick it up.
I had to ask her to repeat that since I basically stopped listening after she said it was already here.
...and it's only 2 miles from my house. Sigh... So close...

it will most likely be handled like the adroid market where apps are billed directly to your google account. In this case itunes.
No you wouldn't. It was all planned out by Verizon - all deliveries for Monday. I live in California and it shipped from California....No Ice here and still not getting it until Monday.
There will be no VZ app store for iPhone, All of the VZ apps will be on iTunes.
