Omg I just got home from work and cannot believe this ****ing thread is still going. Anyway, I thought it was funny when I got to work and all the VZW people (there's a VZW store, better yet "kiosk", in my store) were asking me if I got it yet and how I activated it. They seriously have no idea about anything. I love how they don't inform their own people.

I just sold a 15 in late 2008 macbook pro, fried motherboard, for 515 on ebay. So, yes, that little apple logo holds its value.
It is crazy. Most will make stuff up just to say something. I am a super moderator in an android forum (yes I am getting the iPhone but also keeping my incredible) and the stories or lies the newbies are told by the reps. They have no information at all.
Just remind me to tell you "I told you so" when I'm eligible for an LTE IP6 in 2012 and you're waiting another 8 months before you're eligible.
The summer IP5 is mainly hardware changes, but still won't have a few of the big "key" items slated for 2012. Mainly LTE, etc.
It'll be nice, and who knows... i may even sell my ip4 and buy it at near contract pricing, but in reality 2012 will be the big one.

In the above mention, though, Kiosk's are generally not "Verizon stores". They're authorized resellers w/ a small booth. So training, etc, is on behalf of that reseller. But no matter what some people just don't grasp info, and are full of it as far info goes. Happened all the time when I worked for Alltel. Some reps just don't understand the tech and said whatever they wanted.
People say apple products are to expensive but this is one thing that you can always come back with. They just sell

I bought 2 cases from VZW...I dunno which i'm going to keep.
I also have a Zagg Invisible Shield waiting for pickup at BestBuy, but I would prefer Ghost Armor.
I think I'm gonna go rawdog with mine.
Haha not really, a buddy of mine told me about this "Invisible Shield" or something that best buy puts on and you can't even tell there is anything on your iphone but it is apparently impenetrable.
