So, we ordered our 2 phones at 2:45am on Thursday.......got our order confirmation, but never got a shipping confirmation, even though both the Order Status site said Shipped since Thursday afternoon, and calling *611 yielded the same results. My mom called yesterday just to make sure because that was when her credit card was charged.
The rep said that our phones shipped on Thursday and we would be getting them before 3pm today.
3pm came and went, a FedEx truck delivered to our neighbor and then drove past our house. So we called again. The rep we got today said our phones haven't shipped yet and according to our tracking number are only in process, but the rep yesterday didn't find a tracking number for us. The third rep we talked to also said we had no number. They claim no phones should have even shipped until the 10th and that a glitch got FedEx to deliver early. They didn't know that so was UPS.
They also said any phones delivered today would be unable to be activated, mind you this was after all of you recipients had you phones up and running. They then said that we should relax and that we might get it tomorrow.........except how will we get it tomorrow when according to him it HASN'T SHIPPED YET?
Does this make any sense to any of you? Especially as this was supposed to be done on a first come first served basis........
Has anyone from Long Island received their phones yet?
