Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

That stinks! :mad: The confirmation email from Verizon left off a letter on my address (there are four houses on our dead-end lane and they all share the same street number with three houses having "A", "B", or "C" after the number). My parents' house is "B". My mom notified the neighbors in the first house (no letter), just in case FedEx delivers there.

Hope you get your package today.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! I JUST GOT MY TRACKING EMAIL!! Estimated delivery is tomorrow!! *hyperventilating* I am so excited! LOL I am going to need moral support while I wait tomorrow!

Verizon BlackBerry Storm 2 boot time : aprox 7 min.
Verizon iPhone 4 boot time: aprox 35 sec.

Or, you'll soon realize that it's just a phone. (But, a better "phone" than one on AT&T's network.)
 
Called FEDEX about why my package wasn't here yet and Yavonne (The rep) said it won't be here until 3 tomorrow. She got an attitude with me after she found out it was a verizon package by letting out a noticeably loud sigh.

Hmph.
 
Well, that's kind of rude. I'm sure they had a lot of calls today regarding Verizon packages, but still...

You're telling me. I understand she's fed up with this bull crap, but as an employee you shouldn't be showing it to the customer, the one that's giving you a mighty good paycheck by the end of the week.

Strange. Just got off the phone with them again 10 minutes ago and was told it will still be delivered for me tonight.

Not holding my breath, though.

If I don't get it tonight, there will be hell to pay. "Next Day Air" my ass. It will be close to 5 days transit time if I don't get it tonight.

Well, I hope you have better luck than I did.

And I MIGHT be a little more understanding if she even said it'd be here by 10:30 tomorrow morning because I'd probably go to bed now and sleep the time away. BUT 3PM!?

You can come back tomorrow to check up on all of us who ordered from Apple.

I have a question. Is my package from Apple going to be at my house by 10:30am (like it says) or is this the whole "unless to a residence" thing? I called UPS and held for like 5 minutes only to be told I need to call the international number, which just gave a busy signal. What is this, 1995????????
 
Seriously, I'm so annoyed by this. It was shipped "Next Day Air" and the warehouse it came from is 10 miles away.

Please explain to me how people hundreds of miles away already got theirs when they were shipped on the same day, but I'm still waiting. :mad:
