Verizon iPhone Orders Already Shipping

Same thing here...the order status worked for me yesterday morning, and it said 'processing' at that time
 
Monday It Is

Just talked to UPS lady said looks like package wasn't received in time for it to be delivered today, but it is scheduled to be delivered between 9am and 1030am on Monday!
 
7pm Cutoff

I dont know if this has been mentioned, but here is my info for UPS:

Memphis, TN, United States 02/04/2011 6:10 A.M. Departure Scan
Memphis, TN, United States 02/03/2011 8:37 P.M. Origin Scan

I called to ask if I should be hope today to receive it because it was next day air. He said 7pm is the cutoff for next day air and the departure scan date is what really matters. Based on the time of day with no updates he said he could not imagine at all this getting here today and check back Monday. No big deal for me cause I can work from home days when I need to but very inconvenient if you guys are all waiting today.

So thats it. Is your origin scan before 7pm/Departure scan yesterday. If not and your UPS it will just have to cheer up your Monday.

I would assume your location code would work, IF, your package has been shipped AND information uploaded into the carriers system AND the shipping carrier is FedEx. Otherwise, you'll get nothing.

Some have posted that this method has worked, others aren't having luck. If you aren't having luck either your device hasn't shipped, FedEx isn't your carrier, or FedEx hasn't updated it's daily manifest yet.

There are numerous reasons why you may not have received your email stating your device has shipped from VZW, but mainly because their email system sucks as does their online status system.

Ya baby finally..it worked..no word at all from bank or verizon, but old fedex reference number.....finally worked...delivery in MN on Monday ...indirect signature required.
 
Northeast FL here with a 3am order. Just tried the FedEx alternative tracking using the combination of location code and order number again. It finally updated at 12:11. FedEx didn't receive tracking info until 12:11pm today, no other data available. I haven't received a shipping confirmation email, but 611 has said that it shipped last night (no tracking number of course). Thanks for that tip.

Shipping Date

I was excited that within hours of ordering the Verizon iPhone online I checked the status and it showed it was shipped. Within just a few more hours it showed a tracking number with a delivery date of 2/4/11. As of this moment the tracking information still shows "shipment information sent to FedEx". Not exactly what I was hoping for by any means. I wonder if they are holding the package until next week or if this is weather related? Anyway it still showing it is being delivered today....I am sure this will not happen and I will not be getting this phone until sometime next week. Darn!!!

For those of you who don't have tracking information, you should try the FedEx method of finding reference numbers in previous posts. If that does not work, try this method for UPS.

LOCATIONCODE+ORDERNUMBER+0101

Note: Order number must be 9 characters long

So, if you have the following information, for example:

Location Code: D771101
Order Numer: 1233
Your reference number for UPS would be D7711010000012330101

Just trying to help as many people as possible. However, once they see Monday someone will need to pry their hands off the Ambien.

Now, if only there was a simple way for people to see AND read the post.
 
Well, at least you guys know what is going on with your orders. My order with Apple isn't even going to ship apparently, it's been "prepared for shipment" since 2PM yesterday.

What a load of crap... I pretty much shouldn't have even pre-ordered it.

I've tried this both with and without my Location Code and I get nothing - I ordered from VZW around 6:30am yesterday - all I've received so far is my initial confirmation email right after I completed my order.

Anyone from the New England area receive any further confirmation/shipping info??
 
Joining this party a little late....got mine pre-ordered. Order #1244295, somewhere around 3:30am EST. Anyone else with a location code 0862001?

To OTAG, MASTERLIFER, & PREDWAS:

Yall are not alone...I too have a business account and I ordered by 3:15AM and the only thing I am showing at all is "PRE" under my order status...my girlfriend ordered via her personal account at the exact same time and hers is already shipped.

I talked to our companies rep and he said in their meetings last week they were told that no one was getting one until the 10th...he didnt believe me when I told him that people were already receiving theirs with tracking numbers and everything...so end result: even our company rep has no idea what is going on.

If yall (or anyone else) find out whats up (for real and not speculation) with the business accounts that only show "PRE" for order status please chime in!
 
So I have come to the conclusion that Verizon is definitely putting some type of holds on the shipments. Any other UPS or FedEx shipment that was shipped overnight would definitely be either delivered or have an "out for delivery" status. So my money is on Monday now.

Don't loose faith..it will come....I put my bets on Monday delivery for you. I pre-ordered 2 phones, 5 mins before "official" start....didn't update to "shipped" on Verizon till 6pm last night CST...and didn't have a clue what was goign on until 2 mins ago...and did the fedex reference number on my own..and boom it was there. No info/word from Verizon to this sec, no word from my bank, so don't lose hope. It will ship today.

anyone ever find out what it meant if your tracking number was a url and the courier was MC6? This happened to my friend I'm hoping someone can help ease his mind
