Still no tracking number. I tried the reference number trick as well, but still no number. Verizon doesn't have it yet either. They did tell me that it was shipped FedEx. I called FedEx and they have no record of anything coming to my address. I'm wondering if it's because I ordered accessories as well. Did anyone with a tracking number order accessories?

Im getting to jealous from reading this thread. Never again will I pre-order from apple. I ordered at 12:04 Eastern and still "Prepared for shipment." Which means it wont ship out until AT LEAST monday while all of you who ordered from verizon will get them monday.

i think if you call them and tell them you won't be home to sign for it, they will hold if for you at the hub. sounds like a story my coworker told about getting his ipad...
Still have not received Tracking info or email. Checked the Verizon site with the short order # and it said there was an error and to contact them. Called in and the CSR rep said it was a site error and that the order was in the system and perfectly fine and that it will ship on the 10th...

So I just got off the phone with Verizon. I ordered at 2:56am. Received confirmation immediately after. Later, I even saw on their site (when it worked) that my items (2 iPhones) had shipped. However, I still haven't received my tracking information.
So, I called to double check, as I'm hearing horror stories on this forum of people's orders being canceled. I was told by an agent that both phones were purchased and that I could track on verizon's page. When I informed him that the page wasn't working, he sounded surprised and stated that they must be doing maintenance (for nearly 24 hours?)
He then told me my package would be shipped on the 10th. Now, I know what we've all said about reps with Verizon and their level of information, but seriously, if this is true, that's the crappiest thing I've ever heard. If its false, Verizon needs to work on this misinformation they're feeding employees.
