Good to hear. I just got off with a clueless rep. She sounded like she had no clue what she was looking at. She goes "well everything in your file says 9/19 (after she told me 10/28 even though my email says 9/19), then she says ok 9/19 but if you got space gray + it'll be an extra few days". i loled and hung up.

You hit the nail on the head... "clueless" it really is pathetic. I don't think 90% of these reps know what they are looking at on their screen in regards to these iPhone orders... I think Verizon has delegated some special screen just for these orders and that these reps don't know how to read them...

Just talked to verizon about my order Iphone 6 64gb space gray they told me don't expect it before October 7 looks like no one who ordered thru verizon will be getting there's before then

NOT TRUE! Read my post a few posts ago... Stop saying "no one"... Your order, maybe not. Which means you didn't get in early to their Q. I talked to an executive rep that guarantees if your confirmation email states delivery on 9/19 that it WILL BE THERE... Stop spreading the fear!

Maybe if it's a 6+, but that definitely shouldn't be the case with the 6.

This is a LIE... I just talked to a rep that guarantees if the confirmation email that you receive says delivery on 9/19 that you WILL have it that day. I ordered 3 6+ 64GB iPhones and they all say delivery on 9/19... He did say I was high up in the Q. and that orders from here on out won't ship till Oct... I don't know who these reps are that are claiming that absolutely no 6+ will be shipped till Oct... What they are meaning to say is that from here on out. NOT people who got their orders in early and by the grace of God fell high into their Q

I'm sorry but it sounds like you're just believing solely what you want to hear. What makes you so sure that the rep you spoke to wasn't the clueless one and the others are accurate?

Because the rep was in their executive customer service and knows her $#%!

and no I am not giving you executive customer services number...

Just canceled my preorder from Verizon and preordered from Apple.

Verizon:
iPhone 6 + iPhone 6 Plus = Estimated Shipping Date 10/14

Apple:
iPhone 6 = Delivery Date 9/19 and iPhone 6 Plus = Delivery Date 10/13-10/20

Haha. Apple is so much better.

Good for you. I will be laughing when I get mine on the 19th.

Ordered a bit before 3AM from Verizon, 6 Plus 64 Silver. Email confirmation that I got at 2:59AM says 9/19, called Verizon to verify on a whim, the rep told me I would get it on the 19th.

My guess, they ran out of initial shipments of the 6 Plus in about 20-30 minutes after they opened up orders around 2:50AM, with some configurations going faster than others.

To boot, that already sounds suspicious. Assuming you're being honest, I still don't know why you'd be willing to believe somebody more simply because they're 'executive' customer service. If this was known knowledge then surely it would be passed down to all customer service as I guarantee majority of their calls right now are regarding this.

I was hoping to order from Apple but the App just didn't work for me last night. So, I used verizon.com and placed two orders...on two separate accounts.

Silver Iphone 6 64 gig for my wife: Confirm email says 9/19. Card Charged full amount. Status page shows delivery of date of 9/19

Space Gray Iphone 6 Plus for me: Confirm email says 9/19. Card not charged. Status shows unavailable.

So...who knows. Seems odd that they'd have different status. BUT...unlike others on the board, my life will go on if I have to wait a week or two.

lol Riiiiiiiiight, yeah I am just making it all up. lol

Until proven otherwise, I will believe my confirmation email over a few reps. They don't call it a confirmation letter for nothing.

My email says 9/19 and the order status page (still) says 9/19, for a space grey 6/128 and a space grey 6+/128. I placed the order just before midnight pacific time.

Edit: my card has not been charged yet.

My confirmation email says 9/19 on both plus's I ordered. When I check their website, the 1 ordered at 3:01am shows delivers by 10/14 now. The one ordered at 3:43 shows no date yet. Odd.

I'm pretty sure that once your credit card has been charged (pre-authorized) that means they will be shipping your phone. I don't imagine they can charge you a month in advance (I imagine they could do a pre-auth, and then have it drop off, but it doesn't seem to make sense). So pretty much if you already see a pending charge/pre-auth you should be getting it shipped in the next few days. I'm guessing they'll probably start moving Monday or Tuesday, then they'll either sit at one of the HUBS (for FedEx or UPS) then move again probably Thursday to be at your door Friday.

That is very odd.. All 3 of mine that I ordered don't show any date on the Verizon website yet... Yet the email states 9/19 which is what I was told to go by.

There's some weird bickering going on in this thread. Personally, I'll believe what the email says.

There would be a huge backlash if all the iPhone 6+ pre-orders were pushed to October. New ones, sure. But not ones that were placed in time.

Verizon's site went live early, and I managed to preorder mine 10 minutes before midnight. So I'm pretty sure I'll get it in 9/19 like the email says.

This is what I have, for iPhone 6, 64GB ordered exactly a minute after midnight.

Status: 09/19/2014. Your order will ship by 09/19/2014

Also, besides the initial credit card authorization, I now have (after 18 hours), a $300+ charge on my credit card.

Just some FYI.
